Resumen
Este libro presenta el proceso del trabajo realizado como pasante con el cargo de Pasante Universitario en el Instituto Fondo de Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana del Municipio de Sogamoso (FONVISOG), el cual maneja los diferentes lineamientos y aspectos a tener en cuenta en lo referente a vivienda de interés social en el municipio de Sogamoso. Esta entidad desarrolla proyectos vivienda de interés social (VIS) y vivienda de interés prioritaria (VIP), los cuales ayudan a la comunidades más vulnerables de municipio de Sogamoso, los proyectos de mayor impacto en el transcurso del año 2018 han beneficiado a muchas familias con proyectos como el conjunto residencial San Miguel Arcángel el cual dará solución de vivienda a 594 grupos familiares del municipio, este proyecto se encuentra en construcción y el pasante universitario está desarrollando labores de auxiliar de supervisión en el proyecto el cual tiene un avance del 20 %.
Otro de los proyectos que desarrolla la entidad en el 2018 es el proyecto de construcción en sitio propio con avance de obra, el cual beneficiara a 100 familias sogamoseñas con un subsidio en materiales de construcción, en este proyecto el pasante cumple con funciones de asesoría en la información sobre los requisitos necesarios para acceder al programa, la realización de la vistas técnicas de obra determinar el estado de ella y así diagnosticar el estado de la construcción, de igual forma se está gestionando el proyecto de mejoramiento de vivienda urbana y rural con el departamento administrativo para la prosperidad social el cual ejecutara sus recursos para el mejoramiento de vivienda urbano y rural de muchas familias de la ciudad de Sogamoso.
Abstract
This book presents the process of work carried out as an intern with the position of university professional in the Institute of social interest housing and urban reform of the municipality of sogamoso (FONVISOG), which handles the different guidelines and aspects to take into account regarding social interest housing in the municipality of Sogamoso, this entity develops projects of social interest housing (VIS) and housing of priority interest (VIP), which help the most vulnerable communities of Sogamoso municipality, the projects with the greatest impact In the course of 2018, many families have benefited from projects such as the San Miguel Arcángel residential complex, which will provide a housing solution for 594 family groups in the municipality. This project is under construction and the university intern is carrying out work as an assistant supervision in the project which has an advance of 20%. Another of the projects developed by the entity in 2018 is the construction project in its own site with work progress, which will benefit 100 families from Sogamoso with a subsidy in construction materials, in this project the intern fulfills advisory functions in the information on the necessary requirements to access the program, the realization of the technical work views determine the state of it and thus diagnose the state of construction, is also managing the urban and rural housing improvement project with the administrative department for social prosperity which will execute its resources for the improvement of urban and rural housing of many families of the city of Sogamoso.
