With the current topology a series of drawbacks networks are evident and not permit that branches have independent connections to the matrix house, the Medellin connection depends of Bogota, if Bogota fails, Medellin too, also they do not use of every resource in your network because the backup links only work with fails. Neither exists a platform that permits management of network to overall level and centralized. In order to strengthen the current connectivity scheme in its WAN network, it is proposed a WAN solution of new generation to interconnect the three sites and permit a centralized management, flexible, scalable, secure and facilitate the analysis of traffic in the network; features that don not have ITS right now. For this, the SOLARWINDS tool was implemented, which aimed to centralize the events generated, optimize response time and processes, be proactive and support, in a justified manner, decision-making. The data extraction was made from the configuration of the SNMP, Syslog protocols, the Windows WMI service and / or agents of the tool that will be configured in each of the network devices to be monitored. The information extracted from the devices was collected by the monitoring and management platform, in this platform the reports and alerts were configured in a personalized way to be delivered to the areas that had interference. During the project, data on unavailability of services and response times to the incident and solution time were taken. According to the above, information management is crucial for the development of the SMD's mission, taking into account that it will be the main input to determine the actions that will be derived in the preparation and execution of the response and recovery to emergencies in the country, where decision making cannot be delayed, taking into account that the purpose is to serve the population, goods, ecosystems and infrastructure of the country. Currently, the SMD does not have an information system that allows visualizing the data contemplated in each of the SMD management and action lines, in real time and in an organized manner, which are inputs for decision making, since the information is currently decentralized and consolidating it every time it is requested takes time to prepare. According to the above, the development of this work is focused on proposing a design of an Information System supported by Google Workspace tools that allows to visualize in real time through a Web Dashboard the necessary information to plan, generate strategies and make decisions on the preparation and execution of the response and recovery from emergencies and disasters that occur in the country. According to the above, the agile environment methodology will be implemented through phases that allow the scalability of the system. These include the identification of sources, repositories and reports of information handled by each of the SMD's lines of management and action. Once identified, the next phase comprises the parameterization and characterization of the SMD information, to be loaded into the different Google tools and Google Workspace cloud computing services, where cross-referencing mechanisms and information nodes will be generated to subtract it according to the requirements. Thus, the world has seen important advances in areas such as medicine, technology, mobility and interpersonal relationships. Hence, initiatives such as the Covid Credentials have arisen, digital credentials that house personal data and that are oriented to the simplification of processes and the reactivation of countries under ethical lines of ISS Self Sovereign Identity standards, that is, to manage the personal data and take care of their privacy. From this perspective, the present investigation is aimed at determining whether the development of digital credentials is considered as an application strategy in Colombia that would solve various problems that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought under the perspective of data care with standard ISS. In general, this data analytics occurs in storage platforms that today are mostly cloud, however, the selection of the most appropriate platform for an IoT solution becomes a challenge due to the amount of information and services available in the market. Over the years, comparative studies of elements of IoT solutions have been carried out; RTT measurements in communication between devices and two cloud platforms (Grünberg & Schenck, 2018b), comparative study of IoT middleware platforms (Cardoso et al., 2017), study of security models for end-to-end communication in architectures for IoT in cloud (Raza et al., 2017), comparative studies of open source cloud IoT platforms of the time (Ganguly, 2016), implementation of a specific IoT application in Azure and Amazon infrastructure (Moran Amortegui & Huertas Martinez, 2017). However, none of the studies conducted have focused on finding differences between today's IoT cloud platforms based on the characteristics of an IoT service. Based on the considerations described above, the need arises to carry out a comparative study applied to cloud platforms that offer IoT services, looking for the possible criteria that make one of them the appropriate one for a given IoT scenario.
