The consultant currently lives in the care of his paternal grandparents. It is observed that the separation that his parents had when he was one year old interferes with the establishment of bonds with people around him. It should be noted that the consultant spent six months in family welfare together with his sister who was his protection figure, however, his maternal grandparents took custody of her, which is why they separated. Taking this information into account, a survey was applied to 21 students between 20 and 30 years old in the 8th semester of the Faculty of Psychology, to inquire about what knowledge they have about the sexually transmitted disease, syphilis. According to the data obtained, it was possible to show that the information agrees with what was revealed by the diagnosis of needs, that is, little knowledge regarding sexual education in university students. A methodology of an action plan of the mothers and children of the Integral Development Center of Popular de Villavicencio was used. The didactic workshops in the children and the mothers theoretical and practical workshops were used as a strategy for collecting information, which was carried out for two days a week with an intensity of 4 hours in the population of children of 4 years of age and a once a month in the population of mothers aged 27 to 56 years.
