    Informe de Avance: Análisis psicometrico de una adaptación realizada del cuestionario de afrontamiento al estrés (CAE) en el contexto laboral Colombiano.

    The present research project intends to analyze the validity and reliability of the linguistic adaptation made to the Questionnaire of Coping with Stress (CAE) by the company Human Competence and applied in the Colombian labor context, as a complement to the Battery of Instruments for the Evaluation of Psychosocial Risk Factors of the Ministry of Social Protection and the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (2010). The validation answers the question: What is the validity and reliability of the linguistic adaptation made to the Questionnaire of Coping with Stress (CAE) by the company Human Competence and applied in the Colombian labor context ?, and will be carried out from: 1. The analysis of data of the CAE applications by the company Human Competence in its outsourcing processes of human management in Colombia, through traditional methods of the Classic Theory of Test (TCT) and the adjustment of Rasch Models, and 2. The non-exhaustive systematic review of literature regarding the assessment of stress coping and associated concepts (such as defense and resilience mechanisms). The review of the validity and reliability of the linguistic adaptation made to the Questionnaire of Coping with Stress (CAE), in reference, will be carried out by means of: 1. Content analysis by experts (as), 2. Validation by response processes, and 3. Transcultural validation.

    The research seeks to characterize leadership styles and their relationship with organizational culture, making a comparative study between different companies from different regions. The aim is to describe the predominant organizational values ​​that make it possible to strengthen leadership styles and, above all, to show the differences observed in the different cities at the national level, as well as in the organizational culture derived from the country where the company is located. Companies seek to link leaders oriented to obtain high performance results, who integrate and collaborate in work teams, are competitive and are willing to fully support the organization. These leaders must also have a broad capacity to inspire others, a clear vision of the future, personal integrity, decision and simplicity. Cities in Colombia and Latin American countries experience a situation of high uncertainty with very little control over unexpected events, so companies seek to manage them by avoiding it. They can also have cultural influences derived from the constitution of a family business where values ​​and organizational culture revolve around family loyalty based on the common good and not so much the individual good. On the contrary, in other continents leadership and organizational culture are focused on achieving high objectives, focused on the future, with greater gender equality.

    Entrenamiento en toma de perspectiva. Un diseño experimental de caso único

    The main objective of the present study is to analyze the generalized operant nature of the perspective taking ability and the possibility of arbitrary derivation under the control of contextual cues in a multiple exemplar training. It was implemented a training protocol on derived relational responding in four children between the ages of four and eight years. The instruments used were a training protocol on deictic frames and an evaluation protocol for theory of mind. The original procedure consisted of nine phases with several base line measures, various forms and training blocks and several theory of mind evaluations. The results show a general master in the personal and spatial dimensions of the perspective-taking ability and a better performance on the simple level of relational complexity, in addition to the generalization of the deictic response in three of the participants. Plus, the data contribute to the conceptual and empirical debate on the perspective-taking nature from de Relational Frame Theory.
