The objective of this Business Improvement Plan is to help evaluate the development and performance of the operational processes of the Implementation and Electronic Solutions area of GEODIS Colombia Ltda., through the strategic deployment of the Wrike collaborative platform for digital transformation and organizational change management. Currently, the company faces problems with task traceability, interdepartmental communication, and effective real-time information flow, which limits productivity and proactive decision-making. The proposed model for the technical implementation of Wrike is based on a comprehensive diagnosis and uses training, individual coaching, and process creation to drive better coordination within the company and with customers, while achieving the company's goals and objectives. The strategy is derived from Kotter's (1996) change management theories, Davenport's (2020) vision of the digitization process, and Nonaka and Takeuchi's (1995) organizational innovation model, with knowledge creation and transfer as drivers of competitive advantage. In this sense, Wrike presents itself as a strategic opportunity to shape organizational culture, improve cooperation between companies, prevent rework, and optimize customer satisfaction, aligned with GEODIS's innovation and global sustainability.
