Resumen
Con el presente trabajo de grado se plantea el diseño y reubicación de la fundación FANDIC existente en el barrio regaderos norte de Bucaramanga hacia el barrio Kennedy -norte. Esta fundación ha estado funcionando en una vivienda antigua que fue adaptada para cubrir las necesidades existentes de los niños con discapacidad en el sector norte; por esta razón, presenta deficiencias en cuanto accesibilidad, así como también en aspectos de funcionalidad y falta de área para prestar los servicios con la constancia y calidad que requieren sus usuarios. Para solucionar estas problemáticas se plantea como primera instancia la reubicación del proyecto hacia el barrio Kennedy también ubicado en el norte de Bucaramanga con el fin de facilitar el acceso a la población que se beneficia de la fundación, hacia la misma población preexistente en FANDIC y de obtener un lote que favorezca el desarrollo de las actividades de los niños mediante sus determinantes naturales, espacio público y buena accesibilidad posteriormente analizadas.
Finalmente se diseñó un objeto arquitectónico que permita realizar efectivamente los servicios de habilitación y rehabilitación de los niños mediante una propuesta que responda de manera formal, funcional, accesible y técnica a las condicionantes del entorno y el usuario.
Abstract
With this degree project we propose the design and relocation of the existing FANDIC foundation in the Regaderos neighborhood in the north of Bucaramanga to the Kennedy neighborhood -north. This foundation has been working as the adaptation of an old house that was adapted to meet the existing needs of children with disabilities in the northern sector; for this reason, it has deficiencies in terms of accessibility to the lot and the seismic risk in which it is located as well as in aspects of functionality and lack of area to provide services with the consistency and quality required by its users. In order to solve these problems, it is proposed as a first instance the relocation of the project to the Kennedy neighborhood also located in the north of Bucaramanga in order to limit the scope to the same pre-existing population in FANDIC and to obtain a lot that favors the development of the children's activities through its natural determinants, public space and good accessibility later analyzed. Finally, an architectural object will be proposed that will allow the effective implementation of habilitation and rehabilitation services for children through a proposal that responds in a formal, functional, accessible and technical way to the conditions of the environment and the user.
