dc.description	El presente trabajo de grado tiene como propósito generar una iniciativa de conservación y rehabilitación de un inmueble residencial de interés cultural, perteneciente al casco antiguo del municipio de Girón, Santander. La intervención tiene en cuenta que actualmente la normativa de protección representa un impedimento para la adecuación de infraestructuras de BIC al desarrollo de la actividad turística y empresarial del municipio. Se realiza un análisis arquitectónico e histórico que contempla el estado de la edificación, su contexto, la comunidad residente y la población flotante; además del análisis turístico y empresarial. La intervención se basa en la rehabilitación de un inmueble residencial a fin de transformarlo en un hotel empresarial y, a su vez, contribuir al turismo del municipio mediante la integración de aspectos formales, funcionales y culturales.	spa
dc.description.abstract	This degree work aims to generate a conservation initiative and rehabilitation of a residential building of cultural interest , belonging to the old part of town of Giron , Santander. The intervention takes into account current protection legislation is an impediment to adapt BIC infrastructure to the development of tourism and business activity of the municipality . an architectural and historical analysis that includes the state of the building , its context , the resident community and the floating population is made; Besides tourism and business analysis.
