Resumen

Colombia es un país con una brecha social bastante amplia, que se refleja en situaciones específicas como el gran déficit de infraestructura educativa a nivel nacional o la improvisación de estos mismos espacios por parte de comunidades que lo necesitan debido a la misma causa. Este proyecto busca implementar la arquitectura modular como respuesta y solución a la deficiente gestión gubernamental frente al déficit de aulas a nivel nacional, y específicamente en la ciudad de Bogotá, que, siendo la capital del país, es la que mayor cantidad de aulas requiere, por lo que se hace necesaria una intervención definitiva para solucionar dicha problemática y sus implicaciones. Se propone dar respuesta mediante un sistema alternativo a los de construcción tradicional en el ámbito educativo, que no genere sobrecostos aún mayores y sea igual de eficiente a los anteriores. Dicha alternativa se basa en el diseño de tipologías de ambientes académicos prefabricados y autoensamblables, símiles de aulas educativas, compuestas por la agrupación de módulos individuales capaces de brindar multifuncionalidad y adaptabilidad a las diferentes variables climáticas, topográficas, sociales o culturales y que además, reúna todas las respuestas a los requerimientos o necesidades estudiantiles en un sólo elemento, para así permitir el correcto desarrollo de las actividades propias del contexto académico.

Abstract

Colombia is a country with a fairly wide social gap, which is reflected in specific situations such as the great deficit of educational infrastructure at the national level or the improvisation of these same spaces by communities that need it due to the same cause. This project seeks to implement modular architecture as a response and solution to poor government management in the face of the deficit of classrooms at the national level, and specifically in the city of Bogotá, which, being the capital of the country, is the one that requires the largest number of classrooms, Therefore, a definitive intervention is necessary to solve this problem and its implications. It is proposed to respond through an alternative system to those of traditional construction in the educational field, which does not generate even greater cost overruns and is just as efficient as the previous ones. This alternative is based on the design of typologies of prefabricated and self-assembling academic environments, similar to educational classrooms, made up of the grouping of individual modules capable of providing multifunctionality and adaptability to the different climatic, topographical, social or cultural variables and that also brings together all the answers to the students requirements in a single element, in order to allow the correct development of the activities of the academic context.
