Resumen
El presente estudio patológico busca identificar las causas de las lesiones que afectan al edificio David, con el fin de realizar un diagnóstico sustentado en el uso de archivos que condensen la información, facilitando la tipificación y cuantificación de las lesiones con mayor incidencia para determinar la adecuada intervención de este edificio construido en la década de 1950, ubicado en el sector Matuna con gran potencial comercial y habitacional, que dado su estado actual impide el uso de todo el espacio disponible del edificio, para ello se realiza la historia clínica, analiza el información técnica disponible de estudios previos realizados en la década anterior, proponiendo así una intervención que se ajuste al diagnóstico causal de las lesiones, buscando incrementar la vida útil y funcionalidad de esta estructura pionera del estudio moderno en la ciudad de Cartagena.
Abstract
The present pathological study seeks to identify the causes of the injuries that affect the David building, in order to make a diagnosis supported by the use of files that condense the information, facilitating the typification and quantification of the injuries with the highest incidence to determine the appropriate intervention of this building built in the 1950s, located in the Matuna sector with great commercial and housing potential, which given its current state prevents the use of the entire available space of the building, for this the clinical history is carried out, analyzes the technical information available from previous studies undertaken in the previous decade, thus proposing an intervention that adjusts to the causal diagnosis of injuries, seeking to increase the useful life and functionality of this pioneering structure of the modern study in the city of Cartagena.
