Resumen

Diversas investigaciones acerca de las transformaciones y cambios necesarios para enfrentar los retos que trae la incorporación de las TICs en la educación se han enfocado en responder a las demandas del campo laboral, dejando de lado desafíos de la modernidad liquida. Por esta razón, el objetivo de este artículo es determinar la importancia de establecer una relación entre educación a distancia, blended learning y Generación Z, con el fin de mejorar las prácticas de enseñanza aprendizaje que se están implementado, incorporando los beneficios de la educación presencial y la educación virtual y que de cierta manera permeen las formas de enseñanza tradicional, Respondiendo a las demandas educativas de las nuevas generaciones, las necesidades del mundo laboral, y la globalización

Abstract

Various investigations about the transformations and changes necessary to face the challenges brought by the incorporation of ICTs in education have focused on responding to the demands of the labor field, leaving aside challenges of liquid modernity. For this reason, the objective of this article is to determine the importance of establishing a relationship between distance education, blended learning and Generation Z, in order to improve the teaching-learning practices that are being implemented, incorporating the benefits of face-to-face education. and virtual education and that in a certain way permeate the forms of traditional teaching, responding to the educational demands of the new generations, the needs of the world of work, and globalization.
