El objetivo de este taller fue orientar a los profesores sobre los tres puntos principales de la gestión del aula para conseguir el control de la clase de inglés y mostrar a los alumnos diferentes formas de vivir la clase. Los tres puntos principales de la gestión del aula son la "Planificación Pedagógica", donde se presentó a los profesores un conjunto de pasos que permiten identificar los puntos fuertes y débiles de los alumnos a través del descubrimiento de sus intereses. Así, los profesores podían aplicar pruebas de diagnóstico a los alumnos para determinar cómo se podía establecer el desarrollo de la clase.
Por otro lado, los profesores tuvieron la posibilidad de reflexionar sobre el establecimiento de los objetivos de aprendizaje de los alumnos, lo que ayudó a los profesores a establecer estrategias de aprendizaje para sus alumnos, a que los alumnos tuvieran un rango de habilidades y a individualizar las interacciones con los participantes de la clase.
Abstract
The objective of this workshop was to guide the teachers to the three main points of classroom management in order to get control of English class and show students different ways of living the class. The three main points of classroom management are “Pedagogical Planning”, where the teachers were introduced a set of steps that allow them to identify the students’ strengths and weaknesses throughout the discovery of their interests. So the teachers i sable to apply diagnostic test to the students to determine how the development of the class could be set.
On the other hand, the teachers had the possibility of reflecting on the setting of students learning goals that helped the teachers to establish learning strategies for their students, students have range of abilities and individualize interactions with the participants of the class.
