Estudio de factibilidad para una empresa dedicada a la construcción de viviendas prefabricadas en el departamento de Arauca

Abstract

The company was created with the purpose of building prefabricated houses for the department of Arauca, which is known for its wealth in agriculture and livestock, however, the low urban development does not make it attractive to tourism like other plains cities.

For this reason, it is the means to give way to the development of the department of Arauca in the area of innovation, since through this project affordable housing will be implemented to considerably improve the urban landscape, in turn in favor of increasing tourism and income economic, which will obtain social benefits and increase employment in the construction sector.

The work was developed under the methodology acquired in previously seen subjects, information was collected from different projects to expand knowledge in the area of business creation. Once achieved, the feasibility study was carried out, yielding promising results in the financial evaluation.

Arauca is a department with great economic potential, the use of prefabricated houses is a good alternative, it will bring innovation and development to the place, in addition to offering decent housing to people with fewer resources.
