Abstract

In the development of the project, social and salary problems are analyzed with the purpose of understand why the development of social interest housing is needed in Bucaramanga and its area metropolitan thanks to the results of the censuses carried out by DANE in 2022. On the other hand, different references are also analyzed in order to understand how They can take advantage of all the spaces, both exterior and social, as well as internal and private, taking into account factors and situations that have changed the lifestyle of the people like the pandemic, where users have had to adapt to spaces to be able to carry out tasks such as working or studying from home. All this generates a proposal and is the search for a place that is easier to access thanks to the programs and subsidies for obtaining social housing, and as an addition, that The interior of each home adapts to the needs of the users and not the other way around, thus creating almost total control of the environment by the people who will inhabit the place.
