Resumen
El presente trabajo de grado es una investigación que tiene como principal objetivo conocer la influencia de las prácticas religiosas católicas en la concepción de fe de los estudiantes del curso H de capacitación intermedia de la Escuela de Infantería, Bogotá. Para el Ejército Nacional de Colombia es pertinente e importante la investigación ya que puede llevar a comprender a los hombres que conforman esta realidad y el contexto en que se desenvuelven. Esto llevándolo a considerar la diversidad de prácticas y diversidad de denominaciones religiosas y buscar así, la manera y mecanismos que no afecten la labor profesional de sus miembros, por falta de idoneidad y coherencia entre el pensar, sentir y actuar, así como para que no se interrumpa el comportamiento ético de la institución, llevando además al Ejército a tener estrategias y alternativas frente los aspectos religiosos de sus integrantes.
Esta coherencia es básica en el desempeño de funciones de tan alta responsabilidad y que influyen directamente en la formación no sólo profesional sino personal, familiar, social e institucional. Es de vital importancia centrar la atención en esta situación para lograr el crecimiento del personal que integra el curso H que pertenecen al curso de capacitación intermedia para ascenso de “cabo segundo” a “cabo primero” de la Escuela de Infantería y lograr una real vivencia del Evangelio, lo que contribuye a formar personas más responsables y conscientes en relación a las implicaciones de sus acciones.
Este trabajo está organizado teniendo en cuenta la descripción de sus preliminares, donde se hace la descripción, delimitación, la formulación del problema y los objetivos. En la justificación se expone el porqué del estudio de la influencia de las prácticas religiosas católicas en la concepción de fe de los estudiantes del curso H de capacitación intermedia de la Escuela de Infantería y la pertinencia que tiene esta investigación al programa, al Ejército y al investigador, y así, verificar la relevancia, acotación y viabilidad que tiene la investigación.
Abstract
The present degree work is an investigation that has as main objective to know the influence of the catholic religious practices in the conception of faith of the students of course H of intermediate training of the School of Infantry, Bogota. For the National Army of Colombia, this research is relevant and important since it can lead to an understanding of the men who make up this reality and the context in which they work. This leads it to consider the diversity of practices and diversity of religious denominations and thus seek ways and mechanisms that do not affect the professional work of its members, for lack of suitability and coherence between thinking, feeling and acting, as well as not to interrupt the ethical behavior of the institution, also leading the Army to have strategies and alternatives to the religious aspects of its members. This coherence is basic in the performance of functions of such high responsibility and that influence directly in the formation not only professional but personal, familiar, social and institutional. It is of vital importance to focus on this situation to achieve the growth of the personnel that integrate the course H that belong to the intermediate training course for promotion from "corporal second" to "corporal first" of the School of Infantry and to achieve a real experience of the Gospel, which contributes to form more responsible and conscious people in relation to the implications of their actions. This work is organized taking into account the description of its preliminaries, where the description, delimitation, the formulation of the problem and the objectives are made. In the justification it is exposed the reason of the study of the influence of the Catholic religious practices in the conception of faith of the students of the course H of intermediate training of the School of Infantry and the pertinence that has this investigation to the program, to the Army and to the investigator, and thus, to verify the relevance, delimitation and viability that has the investigation.
