La evaluación es un proceso institucional que conlleva el análisis de resultados, la efectividad del objetivo institucional y las propuestas de mejora en el tiempo oportuno. Para una Institución Educativa el Sistema de Evaluación Institucional SIEE no es solamente un documento para presentar como requisito, sino una herramienta para lograr el proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje. Es así como se muestra el SIEE de la Institución Educativa Valle del Guamuez, ubicada en La Hormiga, el casco urbano del Municipio Valle del Guamuez – Putumayo, la sede principal es en la que se realiza la presente investigación, que pretende analizar la gestión de la evaluación de los aprendizajes que realizan los docentes de bachillerato de la Institución Educativa Valle del Guamuez, bajo los lineamientos del SIEE. Para lograr esta intención, la investigación se desarrolla en cuatro momentos o capítulos; en un primer momento se desglosa el planteamiento del problema, se formula la pregunta y el objetivo de investigación; en un segundo momento se describen los referentes teóricos a partir del aprendizaje constructivista, la evaluación de los sistemas de evaluación, la evaluación de la práctica docente, y la evaluación en el marco de la legislación colombiana. En un tercer momento se realiza la elección de metodología de paradigma interpretativo para medir el objetivo y, finalmente, en el cuarto momento se analiza e interpreta la práctica evaluativa docente conforme a los documentos institucionales como parámetros que orientan la acción educativa de la institución y el impacto social con el que el colegio responde a las realidades circundantes de la población atendida.
Abstract
Evaluation is an institutional process that involves the analysis of results, the effectiveness of the institutional objective, and proposals for improvement in a timely manner. For an Educational Institution, the Institutional Evaluation System (SIEE) is not just a document to be presented as a requirement, but a tool to achieve the teaching-learning process. This is how the SIEE of the Valle del Guamuez Educational Institution is shown, located in La Hormiga, the urban center of the Valle del Guamuez Municipality - Putumayo, the main headquarters is where this research is being carried out, which aims to analyze the management of the evaluation of the learning that the teachers of the Valle del Guamuez Educational Institution carry out, under the guidelines of the SIEE. To achieve this goal, the research is developed in four moments or chapters; in the first moment, the problem statement is broken down, the research question and objective are formulated; in the second moment, the theoretical references are described based on constructivist learning, the evaluation of evaluation systems, the evaluation of teaching practice, and the evaluation within the framework of Colombian legislation. In a third moment, the choice of interpretive paradigm methodology is made to measure the objective, and finally, in the fourth moment, the teaching evaluation practice is analyzed and interpreted in accordance with institutional documents as parameters that guide the educational action of the institution and the social impact with which the school responds to the surrounding realities of the population served.
