Reseña, evento: La ética ambiental como camino para mitigar el calentamiento global

Abstract

This review responds to one of the central points of the third thematic axis of the Chair of Ethics: The tension between the personal good and the common good; space in which an emphasis is placed on applied ethics and, within this, is "Environmental Ethics", which is why the event was presented: "Environmental ethics as a way to mitigate global warming"; This, product of the central theme of the Humanities week: "The role of the Humanities in the construction of social and environmental sustainability", which in turn counted, for the closing of such a great event, with the intervention of the Master and Environmental engineer, Ximena Aristizabal Clavijo, World Bank Consultant and expert in climate change policies, who socialized the topic: “Global warming. A look from multilateral organizations ”. The latter took place on October 23, 2020.
