La Universidad Santo Tomás seccional Tunja, dispone como opción de grado “la pasantía” para obtener el título de ingeniero civil. Por tal motivo se ostenta este trabajo con el fin de conocer las actividades que se realizaron y la cantidad del tiempo suministrado (600 horas) para las mismas, la pasantía se desarrolló en la Alcaldía Municipal de Soracá-Boyacá en la Oficina de Planeación Y de Obras Públicas.
Por tal motivo se dará a detalle cada una de las actividades establecidas por la entidad donde el pasante demostró el apoyo a la dependencia en cada una de ellas, como, realización de visitas de obra de los contratos que se adelantaban por parte de la dependencia, Inspección y verificación del cumplimiento de las obligaciones técnicas y de calidad de los contratos de obra, realización de informes de supervisión de los contratos asignados, programar y liderar comités de obra para la verificación de los contratos ejecutados, verificación detallada de cantidades de obra y la elaboración de documentos técnicos necesarios en los diferentes procesos llevados a cabo por la dependencia.
Por lo tanto, se mostrarán los resultados logrados a partir de las actividades realizadas, obteniendo así el resultado y el impacto que genero la pasantía en la entidad donde se desarrolló la misma y en el estudiante.
Abstract
The Santo Tomas sectional Tunja University, has as an option of degree "the internship" to obtain the degree of civil engineer. For this reason, this work is held in order to know the activities that were carried out and the amount of time provided (600 hours) for them, the internship was developed in the Municipal Office of Soracá-Boyacá in the Office of Planning and Public Works.
For this reason, each of the activities established by the entity where the intern demonstrated the support to the unit in each of them will be given in detail, such as, carrying out work visits of the contracts that were advanced by the unit, inspection and verification of compliance with technical and quality obligations of construction contracts,
conduct monitoring reports on assigned contracts, schedule and lead construction committees for the verification of executed contracts, detailed verification of work quantities and the preparation of technical documents required in the different processes carried out by the unit.
Therefore, the results achieved from the activities carried out will be shown, thus obtaining the result and the impact generated by the internship in the entity where it was developed and in the student.
