En el presente documento, se encuentra la experiencia vivida como practicante en la empresa ‘’Destiny Investments Group S.A.S.’’ desempeñando el cargo de Freight Broker en la ciudad de Villavicencio, entre las actividades que se llevaron a cabo durante la práctica profesional se hallan la búsqueda diaria de leads, contacto vía telefónica o por correo de estos, apoyar a los demás agentes, coordinar y facilitar la entrega eficiente y segura de un producto brindando el servicio de transporte, asegurando que se cumpla el plazo pactado y manteniendo la integridad de la carga.
Se presentará información detallada de la compañía y de su funcionamiento. En la práctica desarrollada se implementaron los conocimientos teóricos adquiridos en logística, gestión empresarial, y comunicación oral y escrita. Durante los 4 meses de práctica profesional como agente Freight Broker, se destaca la importancia del estado mental, físico y anímico de los agentes, las habilidades comunicativas tanto orales como escritas, la aplicación de los conocimientos logísticos y la adaptabilidad a diversas situaciones, para el cumplimiento y la obtención de buenos resultados en la empresa.
En la parte final de este documento, se encuentran un conjunto de ideas propuestas a la empresa, con el fin de mejorar el rendimiento laboral de los agentes y así mismo la productividad de la empresa, estas recomendaciones surgen a partir de mi experiencia como agente Freight Broker, y cuentan con la aprobación de la empresa, implementándolas en un futuro para el continuo crecimiento de esta.
Abstract
In this document, you will find the experience lived as an intern in the company ''Destiny Investments Group S.A.S.'' performing the position of Freight Broker in the city of Villavicencio, among the activities that were carried out during the internship are the daily search of leads, contact via telephone or mail of these, support other agents, coordinate and facilitate the efficient and safe delivery of a product by providing transportation service, ensuring that the agreed deadline is met and maintaining the integrity of the load.
Detailed information about the company and its operation will be presented. During the internship, the theoretical knowledge acquired in logistics, business management, oral and written communication was implemented. During the 4 months of professional practice as a Freight Broker agent, the importance of the mental, physical and emotional state of the agents, the oral and written communication skills, the application of logistic knowledge and the adaptability to different situations, for the fulfillment and achievement of good results in the company, are highlighted.
In the final part of this document, there is a set of ideas proposed to the company, in order to improve the work performance of the agents and thus the productivity of the company, these recommendations arise from my experience as a Freight Broker agent, and have the approval of the company, implementing them in the future for the continued growth of the same.
