Resumen
Es imperante que muchos de los procesos para el mejoramiento interno y externo del sector salud, sean resueltos desde la administración del servicio, por lo tanto, esta práctica empresarial es una oportunidad que me permite no solo aportar algo de los conocimientos adquiridos académicamente con aras al mejoramiento de procesos, sino también conocer estos procesos y aprender de expertos en la materia para así poder crecer en conocimiento y expandirlo más hacia grandes y mayores oportunidades que la empresa o el sector ofrezca. Durante el proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje llevado a cabo en la empresa MULTISALUD como practicante, se presentaron cuatro aspectos significativos en el cargo que actualmente represento, que estaban retrasando la eficacia y eficiencia de la productividad en esta área: Número de citas a pacientes sin cita previa, cantidad de pacientes en laboratorios, dinero de caja, desplazamiento hacia central de cuentas; sin embargo, una muestra de raciocinio por parte de la empresa, es que permite a sus empleados ser parte de ella, escuchándolos y conociendo las limitaciones del trabajo, creando un ambiente de confianza suficiente entre el empleado y el empleador con la intención de mejorar para ellos y la empresa, los procesos que se deban llevar a cabo, convirtiendo estas limitaciones o debilidades en oportunidades de mejora que a futuro serán fortalezas que caracterizan a la empresa en su desempeño.
Abstract
It is imperative that many of the processes for the internal and external improvement of the health sector be resolved from the administration of the service, therefore, this business practice is an opportunity that allows me not only to contribute some of the knowledge acquired academically for the sake of enhancement of processes, but also to know these processes and learn from experts in the field in order to be able to grow in knowledge and expand it towards greater opportunities that the company or the sector offers. During the teaching-learning process carried out in the company MULTISALUD as an intern, four significant aspects were presented in the position that I currently represent, which were delaying the effectiveness and efficiency of productivity in this area: Number of appointments to patients without previous appointment, number of patients in laboratories, petty cash, moving to central accounts; However, a sample of reasoning on the part of the company is that it allows its employees to be part of it, listening to them and knowing the limitations of the work, creating an environment of sufficient trust between the employee and the employer with the intention of improving for them and the company itself, the processes that must be carried out, converting these limitations or weaknesses into opportunities for improvement that in the future will be strengths that characterize the company in its performance.
