Resumen
La Secretaría de Educación Departamental de Boyacá, es la entidad encargada de velar y por ende garantizar la educación de niños, jóvenes y adultos del Departamento de Boyacá, este derecho fundamental se adapta a la normatividad que establece la constitución de Colombia.
La secretaria tiene como misión planificar y dirigir la educación de los municipios no certificados del Departamento de Boyacá, encargada que garantizar la calidad de la educación, equidad y cobertura de la misma, formando ciudadanos con correctas formas de pensar y de actuar esto para incrementar la competitividad y el conocimiento de los nuevos ciudadanos.
La Secretaría de Educación Departamental de Boyacá como dependencia del nivel central, persigue objetivos claros y ejecuta funciones propias. Es por esto que se organizan grupos de trabajo por dependencias dentro de la SEB, con el fin de atender las necesidades que puedan surgir en cada área para cumplir a cabalidad los objetivos y programas de la entidad.
Para el desarrollo del trabajo de grado se tuvo en cuenta el diagnóstico del rack y la red de cableado de datos con el fin de ver si se cumplía el cableado estructurado, lo primordial que se hizo fué observar el estado actual de la red, se vieron las deficiencias y cómo ésta no cumplía la norma ISO/IEC en donde está el sistema de gestión de seguridad 27001:2013.
Se etiquetó cada uno de los cables para tener un orden estructurado, se reemplazaron los cables defectuosos y se deja propuesta para que la Secretaría de Educación a un futuro pueda tener una gestión de recursos para que así se pueda certificar bajo la norma ANSI, ya que el proyecto que se realizó fue por presupuesto económico propio sin remuneración de la Secretaría De Educación.
Durante el proceso de pasantía, se llevaron a cabo tareas de mantenimiento en la totalidad del edificio, donde se hizo mantenimientos de cómputo, y de impresora, orden de canaletas, cambios de cableados en mal estado, demás elementos de las oficinas; también se ejercieron funciones administrativas propias de la Secretaría de Educación.
Abstract
The Secretary of Education of Boyacá is the entity responsible for guaranteeing the right to education of children, young people and adults and for applying the regulations established in Colombia regarding education.
Direct and plan the educational service in the non-certified municipalities of the Department of Boyacá, guaranteeing Quality, Coverage, Equity and Relevance, promoting the training of citizens who build new ways of being, thinking and acting, in order to increase knowledge, productivity and competitiveness of our people.
The Secretary of Education of Boyacá, as a dependency of the central level, pursues clear objectives and executes its own functions. By which internal work groups of the Secretary of Education of Boyacá are created and organized, in order to meet the needs of the service and effectively and efficiently comply with the objectives, policies and programs of the sector, and
other provisions are dictated.
For the development of the degree work, I based myself on the diagnosis of the rack and the data cabling network in order to see if the structured cabling was fulfilled, the main thing that was done was to observe the current state of the network, we saw the deficiencies and since it did not comply with the ISO/IEC standard where the 27001:2013 security management system is.
Each one of the cables was labeled to have a structured order, the defective cables were replaced and a proposal is left so that the Secretary of education in the future can have a resource management so that it can be certified under the ANSI standard, since The project that was carried out was by its own economic budget without remuneration from the Secretary of Education.
During the internship process, maintenance tasks were carried out in the entire building, where we focused on computer maintenance, ordering gutters, changes to wiring in poor condition, printer maintenance and other elements of the offices, in addition to having functions own administrative of the Secretary of education.
