Análisis y restablecimiento de cableado del rack de la secretaría de educación, para corregir fallas y tener un orden estructurado.

Abstract

The Secretary of Education of Boyacá is the entity responsible for guaranteeing the right to education of children, young people and adults and for applying the regulations established in Colombia regarding education. Direct and plan the educational service in the non-certified municipalities of the Department of Boyacá, guaranteeing Quality, Coverage, Equity and Relevance, promoting the training of citizens who build new ways of being, thinking and acting, in order to increase knowledge, productivity and competitiveness of our people. The Secretary of Education of Boyacá, as a dependency of the central level, pursues clear objectives and executes its own functions. By which internal work groups of the Secretary of Education of Boyacá are created and organized, in order to meet the needs of the service and effectively and efficiently comply with the objectives, policies and programs of the sector, and other provisions are dictated. For the development of the degree work, I based myself on the diagnosis of the rack and the data cabling network in order to see if the structured cabling was fulfilled, the main thing that was done was to observe the current state of the network, we saw the deficiencies and since it did not comply with the ISO/IEC standard where the 27001:2013 security management system is. Each one of the cables was labeled to have a structured order, the defective cables were replaced and a proposal is left so that the Secretary of education in the future can have a resource management so that it can be certified under the ANSI standard, since The project that was carried out was by its own economic budget without remuneration from the Secretary of Education. During the internship process, maintenance tasks were carried out in the entire building, where we focused on computer maintenance, ordering gutters, changes to wiring in poor condition, printer maintenance and other elements of the offices, in addition to having functions own administrative of the Secretary of education.
