Citrus Box un envase biodegradable

La idea es diseñar, elaborar y comercializar un envase de alimentos biodegradable a partir de residuos cítricos, ofreciendo una experiencia nueva, innovadora y amigable con el medio ambiente, utilizado generalmente para proteger y transportar los alimentos, en su mayoría frutas, carnes y vegetales entre otros, destacando que al terminar su vida útil se degrada teniendo una mayor rapidez, con el fin de aprovechar el material orgánico de los residuos cítricos desechados en el departamento del Meta. Esta idea presenta una estrecha relación con algunos aspectos estipulados en el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo. Entre estos se resaltan: “Entorno para crecer: formalización, emprendimiento y dinamización empresarial”, “Juventud naranja: todos los talentos cuentan para construir país”, “Pacto por la sostenibilidad: producir conservando y conservar produciendo” y “Pacto por la ciencia, la tecnología y la innovación: un sistema para construir el conocimiento de la Colombia del futuro”; así mismo, esta idea se relaciona con aspectos como el “Desarrollo del campo para que nos vaya bien a todos”, “Hagamos grande al medio ambiente y saneamiento básico para que florezca la vida”, “Investigación con calidad e impacto. Al servicio de la Gente”, “Hagamos grande al Meta a través del fortalecimiento de mercados negocios verdes” y “Hagamos grande a Meta con infraestructura productiva y comercialización” del Plan de Desarrollo Departamental.

Abstract

The idea is to design, develop and market a biodegradable food packaging from citrus waste, offering a new, innovative and environmentally friendly experience, generally used to protect and transport food, mostly fruits, meats and vegetables among others, noting that at the end of its useful life it degrades faster, in order to take advantage of the organic material of citrus waste discarded in the department of Meta. This idea is closely related to some aspects stipulated in the National Development Plan. Among these are: "Environment for growth: formalization, entrepreneurship and business dynamization", "Orange youth: all talents count to build a country", "Pact for sustainability: produce by conserving and conserve by producing" and "Pact for science, technology and innovation: A system to build the knowledge of the Colombia of the future"; likewise, this idea is related to aspects such as "Development of the countryside so that we can all do well", "Let's make the environment and basic sanitation great so that life can flourish", "Research with quality and impact. At the service of the people", "Let's make Meta great through the strengthening of green business markets" and "Let's make Meta great with productive infrastructure and commercialization" of the Departmental Development Plan.
