Resumen
Guane es un corregimiento que pertenece al municipio de Barichara - Santander. Fundado como resguardo indígena mantiene sus características iniciales técnico-constructivas, a pesar de las intervenciones realizadas a través del tiempo como respuesta a las necesidades contemporáneas.
En la actualidad dicho centro poblado presenta dos situaciones preocupantes; la problemática socio económico pues se percibe una disminución en la calidad de vida en la población por falta de ingresos y la carencia de una normativa planificada orientada a la protección y preservación de su estructura urbana.
En vista del constante ejercicio de modificación al espacio privado en el corregimiento, además del aumento de nuevas edificaciones y urbanizaciones, la presente investigación profundiza en diferentes métodos de proteger el espacio privado aun no intervenido, rescatar el parcialmente intervenido y mantener la memoria de la técnica constructiva encaminándose a la recuperación y conservación del centro poblado, generando un registro del pasado y lo contemporáneo, información con la que se puede dar inicio a la creación de una norma protectora del y para el centro poblado de Guane.
Abstract
Guane is a corregimiento that belongs to Barichara's municipality - Santander. Founded as indigenous security it supports his initial technical - constructive characteristics, in spite of the interventions realized across the time as response to the contemporary needs.
At present the above mentioned Populated Center presents two worrying situations; the problematics economic partner since a decrease is perceived in the quality of life in the population for lack of income and the lack of a planned regulation orientated to the protection and preservation of his urban structure.
In the constant exercise of modification to the space deprived in the corregimiento, besides the increase of new buildings and urbanizations, the present investigation penetrates into different methods of protecting the private space even not controlled, of rescuing the partially controlled one and of supporting the memory of the constructive technology intending for the recovery and conservation of the populated center, generating a record of the past and the contemporary thing, information on which it is possible to meet beginning to the creation of a protective norm of and for the center filled with Guane.
