Diagnóstico técnico – constructivo de la vivienda en el centro poblado de Guane, Santander

Abstract

Guane is a corregimiento that belongs to Barichara's municipality - Santander. Founded as indigenous security it supports his initial technical - constructive characteristics, in spite of the interventions realized across the time as response to the contemporary needs. At present the above mentioned Populated Center presents two worrying situations; the problematics economic partner since a decrease is perceived in the quality of life in the population for lack of income and the lack of a planned regulation orientated to the protection and preservation of his urban structure. In the constant exercise of modification to the space deprived in the corregimiento, besides the increase of new buildings and urbanizations, the present investigation penetrates into different methods of protecting the private space even not controlled, of rescuing the partially controlled one and of supporting the memory of the constructive technology intending for the recovery and conservation of the populated center, generating a record of the past and the contemporary thing, information on which it is possible to meet beginning to the creation of a protective norm of and for the center filled with Guane.
