Resumen
La presente propuesta arquitectónica tiene como objetivo principal diseñar un centro micro industrial para diez microempresas del gremio zapatero en Bucaramanga, Santander, de acuerdo con los principios de la arquitectura minimalista en aspectos de proporción, el manejo de la luz y los materiales, desde el enfoque de John Pawson. Para ello, se implementaron los principios metodológicos de análisis del sujeto, objeto y contexto. En primer lugar, se analizó la línea de producción del gremio zapatero. Enseguida, se estableció un cuadro comparativo de centros micro industriales para obtener las directrices de los componentes urbano, formal, funcional, y técnico. Por último, teniendo en cuenta el Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial, se localizó el área de implantación del proyecto en la zona industrial.
Abstract
At the time I approached the architectural proposal for a micro-industrial center for the manufacture of footwear in Bucaramanga, Santander. I established as main objective the interpretation of the spatial proportion, the light, and the materials of the minimalist architecture according to Antonio Orero Tarazaga in his book thought and architecture in John Pawson. For this, I implemented the methodological principles of analysis of the subject, object, and context. In the first place, I studied the production line, the spaces needed by activity and in a global framework the shoemaker's union of Bucaramanga. However, in the distinction of the object I established a comparative table of industrial centers, to obtain the guidelines in the urban, formal, functional, and technical component. Finally, I located the industrial zone according to the POT (territorial ordering plan), the current manufacturing points, supplies and sales of footwear in the city. With the interpretation of the methodology, I conclude in the proposal of an industrial design that responds to the theoretical framework and at the same time embraces the reality of the Bumanguesa microindustry.
