Centro micro industrial del calzado para 10 micro empresas en Bucaramanga, Santander.

Abstract

At the time I approached the architectural proposal for a micro-industrial center for the manufacture of footwear in Bucaramanga, Santander. I established as main objective the interpretation of the spatial proportion, the light, and the materials of the minimalist architecture according to Antonio Orero Tarazaga in his book thought and architecture in John Pawson. For this, I implemented the methodological principles of analysis of the subject, object, and context. In the first place, I studied the production line, the spaces needed by activity and in a global framework the shoemaker's union of Bucaramanga. However, in the distinction of the object I established a comparative table of industrial centers, to obtain the guidelines in the urban, formal, functional, and technical component. Finally, I located the industrial zone according to the POT (territorial ordering plan), the current manufacturing points, supplies and sales of footwear in the city. With the interpretation of the methodology, I conclude in the proposal of an industrial design that responds to the theoretical framework and at the same time embraces the reality of the Bumanguesa microindustry.
