dc.description	El presente trabajo de grado tuvo como propósito el apoyo en el seguimiento técnico del proyecto edificio Ventus Multifamiliar en la etapa de Construcción, en la ciudad de Tunja, Boyacá. para dar cumplimiento a este objetivo se realiza una serie de actividades cualitativas y cuantitativas, recolectando información para los respectivos análisis técnicos y el debido control de la construcción de los bloques B1, B2, B3 y Cimentación de la zona comercial. Dicha construcción busca mejorar la calidad de vida de la comunidad, cumpliendo a cabalidad el derecho a una vivienda digna, ya que actualmente la ciudad presenta un aumento representativo en la población y en el crecimiento de la infraestructura. El proyecto consiste en el apoyo técnico y de supervisión en los procesos constructivos, haciendo el debido seguimiento de la construcción y garantizando que se cumplan las actividades diarias de cada trabajador, para llevar a cabo este procedimiento es necesario hacer: control de obra, inspección de procesos constructivos, revisión de planos y comparación con las actividades ejecutadas, Con el fin de tener mayor control del proceso de construcción de la obra y las actividades diarias a ejecutar, se debe aplicar toda la información recolectada en bases de datos para mantener actualizadas las actividades requeridas en la obra, tales como cortes de obra, Cantidades de obra y supervisión técnica; también del uso de herramientas. Se hace el manejo adecuado de dichas herramientas para satisfacer las necesidades planteadas en la elaboración de formatos, fichas técnicas, y verificación de las especificaciones técnicas. Para finalizar este trabajo da cumplimiento a cada uno de los objetivos planteados, logrando sistematizar en gran medida el seguimiento técnico de la obra, siendo útil y práctico para la Constructora y quienes se satisfacen del cumplimiento de cada objetivo.	spa
dc.description.abstract	This project had the purpose, to support the technical monitoring of Ventus Multifamiliar building at the stage of project execution in the city of Tunja (Boyacá). To fulfill this objective, qualitative and quantitative activities are carried out, as a way to collect information for the respective technical analyzes and the control of the construction of blocks B1, B2, B3 and foundations of commercial area. This construction just wants to improve the community quality of life, and taking into account the right of worthy home, since the city presents a representative increase in the population and in the growth of infrastructure. This project consists of technical support and supervision, making the proper monitoring of the construction and ensuring that the daily activities of each worker are fulfilled, to carry out this procedure it is necessary to do: work control, inspection of construction processes, revision of plans and comparison with the executed activities, in order to have control on the execution process of the work and the daily activities, all the information collected in databases must be applied to keep the activities required in the work updated. Such as work cuts, quantities work and technical supervision. The appropriate management of these software is done to meet the needs raised in the development of formats, technical sheets, and verification of technical specifications.
