La patología en las estructuras se centra en el estudio de las alteraciones, enfermedades o anomalías que afectan diversas estructuras, ya sean biológicas, como tejidos y órganos, o arquitectónicas, como edificios e infraestructuras. Su objetivo principal es entender las causas de los problemas estructurales, lo que permite desarrollar estrategias efectivas para la reparación, mantenimiento y prevención, asegurando así la seguridad y durabilidad de las estructuras a lo largo del tiempo.
Este informe presenta la metodología y los resultados del diagnóstico patológico realizado en el Edificio Cedros 142, el cual presenta afectaciones en varias áreas. Se han caracterizado las lesiones y se han formulado propuestas para su reparación, así como un presupuesto estimado y un análisis del impacto ambiental de las intervenciones sugeridas. Estas acciones están destinadas a restaurar y mantener la infraestructura en condiciones óptimas de funcionamiento y servicio.
Es fundamental considerar la necesidad de evaluaciones adicionales en relación con las lesiones identificadas.
Abstract
Pathology in structures focuses on the study of alterations, diseases, or anomalies affecting various types of structures, whether biological, such as tissues and organs, or architectural, such as buildings and infrastructure. Its main objective is to understand the causes of structural problems, enabling the development of effective strategies for repair, maintenance, and prevention, thus ensuring the safety and durability of structures over time.
This report details the methodology and findings from the pathological diagnosis conducted on the Cedros 142 Building, which exhibits issues in several areas. Lesions have been characterized, and proposals for repair have been formulated, including an estimated budget and an environmental impact assessment of the suggested interventions. These actions aim to restore and maintain the infrastructure in optimal operating and service conditions.
It is essential to consider the need for additional assessments regarding the identified injuries.
