From the position of commercial representative for Bogotá of the BABOLAT and PHELPS brands and in development of professional practices, it is possible to interact with the market throughout this time, observing situations that compromised the fulfillment of the proposed sales goals and that is why that from this analysis an idea is born in favor of the company and the improvement of the commercial area in the city, which consists of strengthening the supply of SG STARS for the Babolat line, defining a specific portfolio that would have a larger and exclusive inventory for the attention of these wholesale clients that at present have not been able to satisfy as the company expects and as a result, a positive impact will be obtained for the brand by reducing the smuggling and product available to the stores and their end customers.
