This process varies significantly among different economic sectors such as food, retail, automotive, etc. In the automotive sector, last mile logistics presents unique challenges due to the need for auto parts and after-sales maintenance, which can generate dissatisfaction among customers due to different factors that can cause a delay in the delivery of their vehicle. In Bogota, in the neighborhood of 7 de Agosto, there is an important cluster for the acquisition of auto parts, with around 2,000 dealers and importers. The distribution channels of these stores include direct sales, telephone/WhatsApp and e-commerce, each of these channels with their own advantages and limitations, the main axis of last mile logistics in this sector is the speed of delivery, and it is a critical factor for positive or negative customer satisfaction. The analysis of the autoparts cluster of the August 7 neighborhood reveals a perception of insecurity and chaos, which has led to a decrease in direct physical purchases and an increase in purchases by electronic and telephone means, leading the sector to implement different strategies for last mile logistics, according to the study conducted through a survey, 61% of the customers of these businesses prefer to opt for electronic and telephone means, which has led to a decrease in direct physical purchases and an increase in purchases by electronic and telephone means, leading the sector to implement different strategies for last mile logistics, according to the study conducted through a survey, 61% of the customers of these businesses prefer to opt for electronic and telephone means.Item Logística a Prueba de Errores (Poka Yoke) Aplicada al OTIF - Última Milla.(Universidad Santo Tomás, 2024) Méndez Hernández, Michael Alexander; González Siabato, Néstor German; Universidad Santo Tomás; https://scienti.minciencias.gov.co/cvlac/visualizador/generarCurriculoCv.do?cod_rh=0000019488; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-2649-7396Item Documentación de la Evidencia de la Literatura Científica de los Procesos Picking del Sistema de Almacenamiento(Universidad Santo Tomás, 2024-10-07) Otavo Vega, Laura Vanessa; Gonzalez Siabato, Nestor German; Universidad Santo Tomás; https://scienti.minciencias.gov.co/cvlac/visualizador/generarCurriculoCv.do?cod_rh=0000019488; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-2649-7396Item Los Desastres y sus Impactos en la Cadena de Suministro de Bienes, Recopilación de Estrategias para Mitigar los Efectos Negativos(Universidad Santo Tomás, 2023-09-26) Caballero Huertas, Juan Camilo; Botero Hoyos, Andrés; Universidad Santo Tomás; https://scienti.minciencias.gov.co/cvlac/visualizador/generarCurriculoCv.do?cod_rh=0001507202; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-4818-3593The following text aimed to prepare a document that considers the two possible scenarios for the supply and supply chains of essential consumer goods, under normal or atypical conditions, as well as the strategies used in both circumstances.
