The research method of this study is descriptive - inductive, which is developed through surveys of cocoa producers. The objective of this report is to present as an agro-industrial alternative the production of organic fertilizers based on the use of organic waste, for this, a review and analysis of literature of more than 50 publications on the processes of decomposition and fermentation of residues Organic and the benefits in the application of them. Rubvitex is an Organic Mineral fertilizer developed in Malaysia that represents a new technology for the Stimulation process; In Colombia, the product has been technically developed since 2014. As a technological development prospect, the feasibility of marketing the product in Guatemala is evaluated, since this country is a benchmark in the practice of rubber crop exploitation at a continental level. The logistic conditions of entry and the agricultural regulations that govern the destination market are favorable to generate a commercial positioning of the product in Guatemala.Ítem Factibilidad técnica, económica y de mercado para el establecimiento y puesta en marcha de una agroempresa productora y comercializadora de arándanos en el municipio de Guaca, Santander(Universidad Santo Tomás, 2019-04-01) Tarazona Castellanos, Félix Daniel; Pabón Machuca, ManuelThis study determined the soil and climatic conditions, the physical, human and financial resources, and the strategies needed to establish blueberry in the town of Guaca, department of Santander, to be marketed in the capital of the department Bucaramanga city. The production of blueberries in the tropics has its best performance in climatic conditions from 2 200 meters above sea level, finding in Guaca Town very similar conditions. According to the technical study, plants in containers were determined as the best option to produce the fruit and it is foreseen that in the first year around 2 000 kg can be produced until gradually surpassing the 15 000 kg for year 5. The potential market for blueberries in Bucaramanga city is found in members of the social strata 4, 5 y 6, of which one would expect that for the establishment of production at least 2% of households in these strata, demand for the first year 9 281, 62 kg of blueberries, at the rate of 6,5 kg/year or 125 g weekly for each household. The necessary strategies for establishing production were determined according to internal and external analysis and establishing the business model using a Canvas template. The consumption of poultry products has encouraged the emergence of new producers who seek to create business models that allow them to generate profitability from optimal zootechnical results. The following project describes the business plan for a poultry flock of posture oriented to the production of high quality pullets which will obtain the best productive results in the corresponding posture phase and which will allow customers to obtain greater profitability. First, it describes the current panorama of national poultry farming and its dynamics in recent years.
