Resumen
La presente investigación – intervención denominada Configuración y Reconfiguración narrativa de la maternidad en una vivencia de abuso sexual, se vincula al grupo de Psicolo-gía, Familia y Redes, a la línea de Psicología, Sistemas Humanos y Salud Mental y al ma-croproyecto de Historias y Narrativas en Diversidad de Sistemas Humanos de la Maestría en Psicología Clínica y de la Familia de la Universidad Santo Tomás.
El objetivo general de esta propuesta consistió en comprender cómo se configura la maternidad y los vínculos familiares cuando una mujer joven ha tenido una vivencia de abu-so sexual y fruto de esta concibe un hijo y cómo se reconfiguran ambas vivencias a partir de un proceso de atención clínica desde una perspectiva sistémica compleja, construccionis-ta, constructivista. Haciendo uso de escenarios narrativos conversacionales se permite la emergencia de significados alrededor de ambas experiencias, facilitando procesos de recon-figuración identitaria y resignificación de la vivencia de abuso sexual.
La pregunta central ¿Cómo la vivencia de abuso sexual en recursión con la mater-nidad se configura y reconfigura desde la reorganización vincular y la identidad narrativa, en escenarios narrativo-conversacionales? Esta pregunta se abordó a través del desarrollo del método reflexivo y contextual, el diseño estudio de caso único con la utilización del protocolo de Milán, bajo el énfasis de profundización, la información fue recolectada y sistematizada cualitativamente utilizando como técnica de procesamiento el análisis narra-tivo conversacional. La propuesta contempla el abordaje terapéutico con el sistema familiar quién no se hizo presente en el contexto terapéutico, pero de quienes se traen sus voces a través del sistema consultante generando cambios en la dinámica relacional. De la misma manera se convoca a sistemas amplios como parte de su red de apoyo. Las principales com-prensiones frente al fenómeno clínico están relacionadas con la pertinencia del abordaje te-rapéutico a partir de la experiencia narrativa de los protagonistas y como las reconfiguracio-nes en sus relatos posibilitan la creación de mundos posibles que impactan la resignificación de la experiencia de abuso sexual, la identidad de la mujer y el vínculo que establece con su hijo y su sistema familiar.
Abstract
The present investigation - intervention called Configuration and Narrative Reconfigura-tion of an experience of sexual abuse, is linked to the group of Psychology, Family and Networks, to the line of Psychology, Human Systems and Mental Health and to the macro-project of Histories and Narratives in Diversity of Systems Human of the Master in Clinical Psychology and of the Family of the Santo Tomás University.
The general objective was to understand how maternity and family ties are configured when a young woman has experienced a sexual abuse and the result of this conceives a child and how both experiences are reconfigured from a process of clinical attention from a perspective Systemic complex, constructionist, constructivist. Making use of conversational narrative scenarios allows the emergence of meanings around both experiences, facilitating processes of identity reconfiguration and resignification of the experience of sexual abuse.
The central question How is the experience of sexual abuse in recursion with mother-hood configured and reconfigured from the linking reorganization and the narrative identity in conversational narrative scenarios? This question was addressed through the development of the reflexive and contextual method, the design of a single case study with the use of the Milan protocol, under the deepening emphasis, the information was collected and systema-tized using the narrative analysis as a processing technique conversational. The proposal contemplates the therapeutic approach with the family system who was not present in the therapeutic context but who bring their voices through the consulting system generating changes in the relational dynamic. In the same way, broad systems are summoned as part of its support network. The main understandings regarding the clinical phenomenon are related to the pertinence of the therapeutic approach based on the narrative experience of the pro-tagonists and how the reconfigurations in their stories allow the creation of possible worlds that impact the resignification of the experience of sexual abuse, the identity of the woman and the bond she establishes with her son and her family system.
