El proyecto está localizado en la vereda de Palo Blanco Bajo, en el municipio de Curití, Santander; específicamente en las inmediaciones del peaje de Curití, cercano a la vereda Las Vueltas y el Hotel Kimbalá Resort. El lugar donde se llevará a cabo el diseño es una zona rural del municipio que carece de infraestructuras arquitectónicas hoteleras, lugares de esparcimiento y desarrollo social. La propuesta tiene como objetivo implementar un alojamiento para la reactivación del turismo, creando un lugar para nuevas prácticas que también permita la contemplación y el disfrute del tiempo libre, integrando componentes de sostenibilidad en los materiales que lo componen estructuralmente, que pueden facilitar el beneficio de las características del sitio; así como en las actividades que el proyecto ofrece para el hospedado y visitante. La creación de un Alojamiento rural implica un esfuerzo para reducir el impacto ambiental y el objetivo es demostrar una gestión sustentable y respetuosa con el medio ambiente, así como socialmente responsable con la comunidad.
Abstract
The Rural lodging project is located in the village of Palo Blanco Bajo, in the municipality of Curití, Santander; specifically, in the vicinity of the Curití toll, near the village of Las Vueltas and the Kimbalá Resort Hotel. The place where the design will be carried out is a rural area of the municipality that lacks hotel architectural infrastructures, places for recreation and social development. The proposal aims to implement an accommodation for the reactivation of tourism, creating a place for new practices that also allows the contemplation and enjoyment of free time, integrating sustainability components in the materials that compose it structurally, which can facilitate the benefit of the characteristics of the site; as well as in the activities that the project offers for the guest and visitor. The creation of an-Eco Hotel implies an effort to reduce the environmental impact and the objective is to demonstrate a sustainable and environmentally friendly management, as well as socially responsible with the community.
