Resumen
La legislación colombiana actual establece reglamentaciones de cumplimiento legal como lo es Decreto Único Reglamentario 1072 de 2015 en seguridad y salud en el trabajo, acompañado de la Resolución 0312 de 2019 estándares mínimos legales, los cuales establecen los parámetros de cubrimiento para la seguridad y salud en el trabajo, estos son de obligatoriedad para todas las organizaciones sin importar su naturaleza o tamaño.
Para dar cumplimiento a este decreto es necesario establecer un sistema de gestión que permita a las organizaciones mantener sus procesos de manera sistemática y que permita el cumplimiento legal, en relación a la Calidad y Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.
Este proceso investigativo, se centra en las Mypes, a través de un estudio de caso en la organización SONOX SAS., estableciendo una caja de herramientas práctica, que abarque las herramientas necesarias, para establecer un sistema de gestión, con una metodología amigable y que sea adaptable a las Mypes desde su sistema operativo, con un documento en Excel que les permita a estas organizaciones tener un sistema sencillo, pero que a su vez logre cumplir con los requerimientos legales vigentes, con aportes que le permitan a las organizaciones tener conocimiento del cumplimiento de la normatividad y la legislación actual Colombiana.
Las normas técnicas colombianas aplicadas para este proceso investigativo son la NTC ISO 6001:2018 Sistema de Gestión para Micro y Pequeñas Empresas (MYPES) y la NTC ISO 45001:2018 Sistema de Gestión en seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, las cuales se fusionan para fortalecer el sistema de gestión de las Mypes en el cumplimiento del Decreto Único Reglamentario 1072 de 2015 y la Resolución 0312 de 2019, teniendo en cuenta todos los numerales y artículos de estos cuatro documentos, para la selección de las herramientas principales y el diseño de las mismas y definir los ejemplos necesarios que apoyen a las herramientas.
El resultado de este proceso investigativo (caja de herramientas), se suministrará a la organización para establecer, implementar y mantener el sistema de gestión, lo que permitirá a la organización afianzarse en el mercado y poder ser más competitivo. Al igual es un suministro de consulta para otras Mypes que deseen desarrollar un sistema de gestión que les permita fortalecer sus organizaciones.
Abstract
Current Colombian legislation establishes legal compliance regulations, such as the Single Regulatory Decree 1072 of 2015 on occupational health and safety, accompanied by Resolution 0312 of 2019 minimum legal standards, which establish the coverage parameters for health and safety in work, these are mandatory for all organizations regardless of their nature or size.
To comply with this decree, it is necessary to establish a management system that allows organizations to maintain their processes in a systematic way and that allows legal compliance in relation to Quality and Safety and Health at Work.
This investigative process focuses on MSEs, through a case study in the organization SONOX SAS, establishing a practical toolbox, which covers the necessary tools, to establish a management system, with a friendly methodology and that be adaptable to MSEs from their operating system, with an Excel document that allows these organizations to have a simple system, but which in turn manages to comply with current legal requirements, with contributions that allow organizations to have knowledge of the compliance with current Colombian regulations and legislation.
The Colombian technical standards applied for this investigative process are the NTC ISO 6001: 2018 Management System for Micro and Small Enterprises (MYPES) and the NTC ISO 45001: 2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, which merge to strengthen the MSEs management system in compliance with the Single Regulatory Decree 1072 of 2015 and Resolution 0312 of 2019, taking into account all the numerals and articles of these four documents, for the selection of the main tools and their design and define the necessary examples to support the tools.
The result of this investigative process (toolbox), will be provided to the organization to establish, implement and maintain the management system, which will allow the organization to establish itself in the market and be more competitive. Likewise, it is a supply of consultation for other MSEs that wish to develop a management system that allows them to strengthen their organizations.
