Estudio patológico preventivo para los edificios de parqueadero y club house del proyecto santafe de varsovia - Ibague

Abstract

The present document contains the pathological study of the SANTAFE DE VARSOVIA construction located, on Calle 67 No. 7 sur-47, in the city of Ibague (Tolima), which began to be built in 2018. Currently, the work is It finds its constructive stage, that is, it is a work that has not been completed, however, it can be evidenced injuries presented mostly generated by an incorrect construction process. It is important to clarify that this document focuses mainly on the parking lot and club house building, it will also contain a preventive and pediatric diagnosis, because it is a work that is at its birth. Therefore, this report shows the structural and architectural construction processes that allow the identification of injuries, classify them by means of technical data sheets and monitor them to propose an optimal solution to the problems they entail. In addition, the seismic vulnerability analysis is shown, whose objective is to corroborate the correct structural design of the building, it also contains laboratory tests, all to reach the diagnosis that will lead to two intervention proposals that allow to verify which is the best option to intervene, taking into account the safety, functionality and economy parameters to preserve and protect the structure from its inception, all in light of the NSR-10 Seismic Resistant Standard.
