APOYO EN EL ÁREA DE CONTROL URBANO DE LA SECRETARÍA DE PLANEACIÓN Y OBRAS PÚBLICAS DEL MUNICIPIO DE SÁCHICA, BOYACÁ.

Abstract

In order to obtain a degree in Civil Engineering, the professional internship was carried out in the municipality of Sáchica Boyacá, as an engineering assistant supporting the issuance and approval of urban planning licenses in the urban control area of the municipal planning department. During the internship, various activities were carried out, including support in the review of plans and documents required for the processing and approval of urban planning licenses, as well as the analysis and projection of observations on documents required for construction and subdivision licenses, ensuring compliance with current regulations. Technical support was also provided during field visits within urban and rural areas, verifying that the executed works conformed to the plans duly approved by the planning office and ensuring compliance with the corresponding technical specifications.

The main objective of supporting the urban control area was to achieve the rapid and efficient approval of construction and subdivision licenses that met all the requirements of the municipality's land use plan. Additionally, community support was provided to address questions and concerns about the licensing process, both in the rural and urban areas of the municipality.
