The construction of peace and health must address the structural causes of violent conflicts according to local capacities. In Colombia, the signing of agreements to reduce conflict leads to peacebuilding processes according to each region with recognition of political, social, violence and health conditions. The objective is to analyze the regional context for peacebuilding in five departments affected by the Internal Armed Conflict based on health and peace indicators. A correlational cross-sectional study will be carried out with three components 1) The construction of a regional peace index, according to modified indicators of the global peace index and the construction of other related ones 2) A socio-sanitary component according to indicators of follow-up to the sustainable development objectives and 3) A component of community perception regarding peacebuilding in the regions.Ítem Riesgo en salud por las concentraciones de material particulado menor a 2.5 micras (PM2.5) generado por fuentes móviles en la carrera 13 con calle 51 de Bogotá(2021-03-31) Blanco Becerra, Luis Camilo; Chaparro Narvaez, Pablo Enrique; http://scienti.colciencias.gov.co:8081/cvlac/visualizador/generarCurriculoCv.do?cod_rh=0000548553; http://scienti.colciencias.gov.co:8081/cvlac/visualizador/generarCurriculoCv.do?cod_rh=0000288594; https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=jFPO4t0AAAAJ&hl=es; https://scholar.google.es/citations?user=XWukcWIAAAAJ&hl=es; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-1974-0255; orcid.org/0000-0003-2498-4721Currently, air pollution is one of the most important Environmental Health issues in Bogotá. Mobile sources are one of the most important emitters of particulate matter smaller than 10 microns (PM10) in the capital district. At the same time, pedestrians who walk alongside the roads where mobile sources circulate are acutely and chronically exposed to concentrations of air pollutants that can cause cardiorespiratory, neurological diseases or cancer derived from exposure. Research related to contact with atmospheric pollutants in road corridors in Bogotá has been limited, which is why the present study seeks to evaluate the health risk due to concentrations of particulate matter at 2.5 microns (PM2.5) in a road corridor of three lanes in the town of Chapinero, a scene where a large number of people who work, study and move through the annexed channel converge, who are acutely and chronically exposed to this air pollutant. The information will support management actions and decision-making in the environment and public health in the city of Bogotá.Ítem Infografía – resultados convocatoria 833 de 2018 de Colciencias (Minciencias)(2020-12-01) Ostos Ortiz, Olga Lucia; https://scienti.minciencias.gov.co/cvlac/visualizador/generarCurriculoCv.do?cod_rh=0001487457; https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=7YWSFSAAAAAJ&hl=esThe present study aims to establish the risk zones for cardiopulmonary mortality derived from exposure to PM2.5 in Bogotá for the period 2014-2015. For this purpose, the hourly data of PM10 and PM2.5 of the Quality Monitoring Network Air of Bogotá (RMCAB), the PM2.5/PM10 ratio was used to complete the missing data, dispersion maps were then generated using geospatial software, four slots were also established (12:00 am - 6:00 am; 6:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m. - 12:00 p.m.) for a better analysis of the behavior of contaminants. To obtain risk maps for cardiopulmonary mortality from exposure to PM2.5, guideline values recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) were used, changing the concentration values obtained by the values established in the intermediate objectives (OI) of the WHO air quality guide (GCA) for the daily and annual averages of PM2.5. The obtained results showed that the locality of Kennedy presented a greater risk by cardiopulmonary mortality; recording an average of 25 μg/m3 in the time band of 6:00 a.m. at 12:00 p.m. Compared with WHO guideline values relative to the annual average, it is located in the OI-2, the level of which these levels increase the risk of mortality by 9% compared to the OI-1 level. The highest risk was observed when comparing the value (25 μg/m3 ) with the main daily, since this average is above the GCA value, which establishes that the increase value in 1.2% of short-term mortality.Ítem Evasión de contribuciones de la seguridad social: un análisis comparativo entre Colombia y Chile durante el periodo 2008 -2015(2019-08) Pesca Polanco, Esneider Alexander.; Castillo Higuera, Ivon Liliana.; Pesca Polanco, Karen Lizeth.; http://scienti.colciencias.gov.co:8081/cvlac/visualizador/generarCurriculoCv.do?cod_rh=0001519985Ítem Esquemas de afiliación de los trabajadores independientes a la seguridad social en salud en Colombia durante el siglo XXI(2019-08) Ordoñez, Ivonne.; Barrios, Sandra Milena.; Maldonado, Guillermo.; http://scienti.colciencias.gov.co:8081/cvlac/visualizador/generarCurriculoCv.do?cod_rh=0001320858; http://scienti.colciencias.gov.co:8081/cvlac/visualizador/generarCurriculoCv.do?cod_rh=0000601799; https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=hwc3juwAAAAJ&hl=es; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-0356-6061Ítem La familia frente al suicidio de estudiantes universitarios. Public transport systems are one of the most relevant emission sources, where users of this form of transport and those who are located near the road corridors are exposed to substances such as particulate matter and heavy metals that can affect their health in a way acute or chronic. Inside the buses there is a proportion of emissions from the exhaust that are introduced into the interior of the exhaust, exposing the users to high levels of contamination in closed spaces for short periods of time. Taking this scenario into account, this research aims to establish the concentrations of PM2.5, lead and chromium to which passengers using the Transmilenio rapid transit bus (BTR) system in Bogotá are exposed, in addition to evaluating an acute effect by using the heart rate recorded in a user of the system. To fulfill the proposed objective, two trunks of the Transmilenio system were selected, in order to calculate the concentrations of pollutants in a joint that stops at all two-way stations (Portal Norte Calle 170 to Héroes station and Héroes station to Avenida Jiménez) between the hours of 8 to 10 am, for a total of 27 days per round trip, for a total of 54 days between the two trunks. For the quantification of PM2.5 concentrations, a real-time PM2.5 measurement equipment will be used, while to establish concentrations of heavy metals such as lead and chromium, a personal pump will be available whose filters collect this type of elements. , for further analysis. In parallel, as a biological marker of non-invasive exposure, heart rate will be measured, correlating it with the values obtained with the PM2.5 measurement equipment in real time. The teams will be transported by an investigator who will carry out the journey during the outward and return journeys on each trunk. At the end of the study, a concentration map will be obtained that shows the concentrations of PM2.5 within the articles, in addition to estimating the toxicological risk derived from exposure to PM2.5, lead and chromium in users of the Transmilenio system. The results will be disseminated to the Secretary of Health and Environment of Bogotá, in order to be an important input for the development of public policies aimed at improving the quality of life of users who make daily use of this transportation system.Ítem Observatorio de las interacciones salud y trabajo, primera fase: entorno laboral y condiciones de trabajo de profesionales de la salud en Colombia, 2018(2017-10) Suárez Rodríguez, Clara MercedesThe interaction between health and work has been documented in public health, with particular emphasis on the last decades where it is argued that labor deregulation, precariousness processes and precariousness are related to worse health outcomes in the population. Colombia is one of the countries with greater social inequality and with higher informal economy figures. Likewise, it is said that since the nineties the country has suffered a process of labor deregulation, which, accompanied by the reform of the health system and other political processes, has a significant impact on health professionals. Given the above, it is proposed as a general purpose: to analyze the health-work interactions in the Colombian population, and the objective of the first Phase is to understand the configuration of the working environment and the health and work conditions of Colombian health professionals. For this purpose, a mixed design with three components is proposed: heuristic that will focus on the documentary and contextual analysis that configures the work environment. A transversal Exploratory to determine the health and work conditions from the use of secondary data from multisectoral surveys and a qualitative one from a theoretical sampling in the selected cities to establish relationships of labor violence in the health sector. The results are expected to have a historical processual configuration of the working environment in the macro and lower dimensions, as well as a characterization of working conditions in the health sector, to discuss the existence or not of job precariousness and an analysis of possible expressions of violence associated to the work, elements that in turn will allow to issue recommendations of public policy.
