This dialogue of knowledge was initially focused on characterizing the organization by talking with those who participate in the cooperative from a gender perspective. To do so, it was taken into account that it was necessary to demonstrate the contribution that Human Rights have in the consolidation of any organizational process, which is why a participatory methodology with some audiovisual techniques was used, which also sought to influence how agreements are established on the social division of labor, as well as the perpetuation of gender stereotypes and finally, how all this relates to the work of women in the cooperative, making it stronger as an organization. In this dialogic process, workshops were held online and in person on these topics, as well as audiovisual recordings were developed where, after identifying gender-based violence as a problem, a sociodrama was performed by the researchers as well as some members of the community. Finally, a reflection process was generated based on the writing of a letter in which it was described how relationships between men and women should be approached in the future in order to have more tolerant and peaceful environments.Tipo de ítem: Ítem , Museos virtuales en el aula universitaria: una estrategia educativa para luchar contra la discriminación hacia la migración venezolana en el Área Metropolitana de Bucaramanga, Colombia(2023-08-24) Acosta Salazar, Liliana; Romero Rodríguez, María Cristina; Universidad Santo Tomás, Seccional Bucaramanga; https://scienti.minciencias.gov.co/cvlac/visualizador/generarCurriculoCv.do?cod_rh=0000112785; https://scienti.minciencias.gov.co/cvlac/visualizador/generarCurriculoCv.do?cod_rh=0001513853; https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=3_lmYyEAAAAJ&hl=es; https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=gf2bsX4AAAAJ&hl=es; https://scienti.minciencias.gov.co/gruplac/jsp/visualiza/visualizagr.jsp?nro=00000000010999; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-8120-8986; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-1086-7487This process of social appropriation of knowledge (PASC), developed within the framework of the research project “Narratives and historical memory of immigrants from Venezuela in transit through the Metropolitan Area of Bucaramanga”, aims to promote interactive learning through a museum . virtual on migration. This allows students to explore a transmedia educational strategy designed to preserve the narratives of Venezuelan migrants and, based on them, reflect on the migration experiences in the Metropolitan resource of Bucaramanga. The methodology includes the following stages: qualitative data collection as a basis for the PASC; creation of the virtual museum using the Genially platform; and design of educational activities to be implemented in university classrooms. The results show a mix of students' mixed feelings regarding migration, providing a space for reflection around actions aimed at building societies based on cooperation, instead of discrimination.Tipo de ítem: Ítem , Construcción de paz y migración en instituciones de educación superior del Área Metropolitana de Bucaramanga (Santander, Colombia)(2022-07-30) Acosta Salazar, Liliana; Romero Rodríguez, María Cristina; Universidad Santo Tomás, Seccional Bucaramanga; https://scienti.minciencias.gov.co/cvlac/visualizador/generarCurriculoCv.do?cod_rh=0001513853; https://scienti.minciencias.gov.co/cvlac/visualizador/generarCurriculoCv.do?cod_rh=0000112785; https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=gf2bsX4AAAAJ&hl=es; https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=3_lmYyEAAAAJ&hl=es; https://scienti.minciencias.gov.co/gruplac/jsp/visualiza/visualizagr.jsp?nro=00000000010999; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-1086-7487; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-8120-8986Within the framework of the research project “Narratives and historical memory of immigrants from Venezuela in transit through the Metropolitan Area of Bucaramanga” a process of social appropriation of knowledge (PACS) is developed that aims to provide the students of the University Santo Tomás Sectional Bucaramanga, in the “Peace Construction” activity, the theoretical and experiential tools that allow them to reflect on their own attitudes and practices of discrimination regarding migration from Venezuela in the Metropolitan Area of Bucaramanga (Santander, Colombia). The PASC methodology is structured in four phases: compilation of life stories of Venezuelan migrants; production of a documentary as a pedagogical tool; design of the activities to be carried out with the students; and finally, the broadcast of a program on a university radio station with the participation of migrants from Venezuela as a dissemination strategy. The results show a greater understanding, on the part of the students, of the dynamics of social exclusion, which allows them to generate concrete proposals to combat discrimination.Tipo de ítem: Ítem , Memoria y Migración.
