Enrique Dussel was one of the leading Latin American intellectuals committed to the analysis and enrichment of contemporary ethical and political dialogue. His approach focused on the search for a discourse that enabled thinking about the praxis of liberation, so that the materialization of actions would foster an effective social transformation; which allows the breaking of the law as a fetish, as an untouchable idol that despises life in all its forms, legitimizing oppression, violence, marginalization, and the death of the Other. Therefore, this research acknowledges that Dussel, in his ethical-political proposal, offers a critical approach to the categories of Totalidad and Exterioridad, addressed from the perspective of Paul’s Epistle to the Romans in the anthropological realm. This aims to determine the displacement of these categories and their influence on his politics of liberation, especially concerning the fetishization of power. To this end, an interdisciplinary dialogue between philosophy and theology will be established, recognizing the importance and primacy of la Vida as the foundation that allows the development of the Dabar; which enables the recognition of the Other, the excluded, and affirms the denied dignity of those who have been annulled by a Totality that closes in on itself.

In the Andean world to do the effort for understanding the human being related to his environment (Pasha) of a way allows us to articulate to the Quechua man (runasimi) from his comprehension with everything not reduccionista not hegemonic but "polylogic". Rodolfo Kusch, helped us to contact the essence of the deep thought of our Andean America. Essence that it defines as the " American stink ", in a challenging attitude towards the prejudices of certain sectors of our company that see in the American roots something sickening. We will enter the "Andean thing", adjective that reflects a set of geographical aspects (the "highland" part of them walk Peruvians), topographic (the region between the 2,000 and 6,900 meters of height of Peru), cultural (the runasimi like Quechua language and cultural form of comprehension) and ethnic (the " Andean people "). Without forgetting that the "Andean thing" is also historically seen "incaico", a multicultural, multiethnic phenomenon and up to sincrético. We do not understand the " thought incaico " as a phenomenon that happened in the past, but as a vivid thought and I live at present. Thought where the conceptions Incas of the runasimi us reveal the "philosophical Andean thought " in the measure in which still today they are still in force in the unconscious group of the people. To investigate in these depths of the thought and to observe what exists in us as western, it will lead us to raising the differences and the 􀀀examinations, but also the possible ways of meeting and confluences in the comprehension of being a human being. For the anthropology and the Latin-American philosophy that has initiated his incursion thoroughly for the American dimensions that Kusch and others travelled, it is to be employed at the possibility of going towards other borders.

(Universidad Santo Tomás, 2023-11-28) Reyes Franco, Yovanny; Moreno ortiz, Juan Carlos; https://scienti.minciencias.gov.co/cvlac/visualizador/generarCurriculoCv.do?cod_rh=0001576364; https://scholar.google.com/citations?hl=es&user=CAsvIusAAAAJ; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-4759-4398
This Master's thesis proposes a critical reading of Nicolás Gómez Dávila's Escolios a un texto implícito, in order to find in his reflections guidelines or principles of political philosophy to understand the current crisis of political systems, and in particular, the disvalue suffered by democracy. Thus, in order to discern and fully understand the reactionarism he is accused of, it is imperative, before any hasty judgment, to determine, first, the philosophical sources that support his political ideology; then, to appreciate the conceptual relations, more than evident, with the political tradition of classical antiquity, represented in Plato's metaphysical realism. This is the main objective of the present research. It should be noted, however, that if the objective is plausible in itself, it is not entirely pertinent: does it make any sense today to vindicate Gómez Dávila's reactionarism? The answer, as will be shown in the following pages, is affirmative, only on the unappealable condition that his scathing criticism of the fetishes of the modern world facilitates, and here is its usefulness, the understanding of the fundamental reasons for the crisis of the values of modernity and the increasingly alarming discrediting of democracy as a political system.

The degree work aims to explore the social practices present in the historical-cultural processes, the mechanisms of dissemination of ideas, and the material supports of textual culture in general and book culture in particular, which allow us to know the forms of appropriation of Western discourses by the inhabitants of Hispanic America during the 16th to 18th centuries, within the framework of the traditional historical periodization that institutionalizes the European conquest and colonization on the American continent. From the previous references, it is possible to establish that the problem of this research is based on the investigation of the production and reading practices of written texts (manuscript and printed), musical, cartographic, pictorial, and artisanal, from the categories of production, reception, and circulation of information between the 16th and 18th centuries in Hispanic America. The means of access to recognize these cultural practices are the written records located in the repositories of historical archives that preserve the raw material of grapholectic textuality, as well as the artistic and cultural expressions preserved in museums, the walls of ancient cities, contemporary, ephemeral art, artistic performances, and traditional crafts of ancestral and current peoples and communities.

As an answer to the call that Enrique Dussel addresses, to those who study his work in a critical way, to understand his political philosophy abstract level as a “minimal framework to be able to think of any empirical political problem” (Dussel, 2009, p. 14). This research work is to articulate the critical-philosophical proposal prepared by this Argentinean-Mexican philosopher with the educational political sub-field. In this regard, the research project presented here rescues the relation between philosophy and pedagogy, understanding the second one as much more than the simple concerns for methodological aspects and rescuing the importance of thinking about the education content and direction. This is the context in which Enrique Dussel’s ethics and politics are presented as philosophical underpinning for an educational system which, as the ethical and political system does, has doubts about itself and reconfigures itself according to the claim of those who have been excluded, thus becoming an strategic action on which political issues emerge as something practicable.

This research aims to provide an answer to one of the questions that Kant asks himself in the prologue of the Critique of Pure Reason: how is metaphysics possible? The thesis is that this answer is concentrated in the section of the Architectonics of pure reason, within the same critique. To resolve this question, the first part of the work exposes some essential readings in the philosophical tradition that have approached the concept of metaphysics in Kant, this to trace a possible new own reading and open the possibility of a new debate about the interpretation of metaphysics in the work of the philosopher from his most outstanding readers. The second part of the investigation opens the justified possibility of a path for the vindication of metaphysics through the Architectonics of pure reason, while the third chapter is dedicated to making a detailed exegesis of the Arp to support that said architecture is one more alternative that Kant veiledly proposes to resolve the question that opens his first great critical work, one that, although it has not been traveled much, this research assumes as viable. Finally, there are conclusions, in which some determining points are taken up within this argumentation in favor of Kantian metaphysics from the Architectonics of pure reason.

In this text some fundamental approaches to the thought of the German thinker Karl Marx are made with the purpose of exposing a possible articulation with ethics and the contribution of theoretical proposal in the construction of a communitarian ethics in Latin America. Thus, we made a characterization of the concept of ethics and its relation with Marx's thought expressed in some of his philosophical and economic theoretical works, positioning the fundamental reading of the problem from a Latin American perspective made by Enrique Dussel and Adolfo Sánchez Vázquez. Likewise, the debate with those readings that deny the possibility of speaking of an ethics in the work of the Germanic thinker and the need for a contextualized interpretation of such theoretical work is also placed. Finally, we outline some fundamental elements of Marx's work that can be used as support for the construction of a communitarian ethics in Latin America.

This text examines two bets around the concept of rationality that can be considered contrary. On the one hand, there is the rationality that we will call “formal”, supported by the Peruvian philosopher Francisco Miró Quesada (1918-2019); and on the other, the rationality that we will call “plural”, represented by the Mexican thinker León Olivé (1950-2017). The objective of the present investigation is to analyze the arguments that underlie the theoretical proposals on reason exposed by these two authors, in order to answer the question: How is it possible to reconcile the conceptions of reason of Francisco Miró Quesada and of Miró Quesada? rationality of León Olivé? The work is structured in three chapters, the first, exposes some formulations around the problem of reason raised by Ibero-American philosophers. The second establishes the conditions of formal reason according to Francisco Miró Quesada's proposal. The third elucidates the conditions of the plural rationality formulated by León Olivé. Finally, we find the section of the conclusions in which the conceptions of rationality of Francisco Miró Quesada and León Olivé are contrasted in addition to making a critical examination of each of the bets.

Ideas history is one of the principal investigative purposes of the Latin-American Philosophy Master, many thesis, that get by a systematic way how some philosophic have been introduced into our country, have been developed around it, identifying authors, postulates, adaptations, critical positions, and bibliography. All of them together become in a method to chronicle ideas and thoughts and a method to identify reflexive elements around of Latin-American being. From this, this document author analyzes the content of some of this works. To get this, in first place the master investigative proposal is identified; then, it needs to be described which has been the development of Ideas History in Latin-America, and in the Filosofía y Letras Faculty of Santo Tomas University; when that is done, all positivists thesis are summarized since they are the defining philosophical current of the selected works for analysis, and how the Comte and Spencer ideas influenced the country in the second half of 19th Century; finally, generalities of each work analyzed are identified, the trouble posed by the author, thematic structures, currents and sources where they are supported from and the applied methodology.
