    The research seeks to design and implement pedagogical strategies for citizen training and environmental awareness, which offer alternatives to one of the main social problems facing the Colombian countryside, depopulation. Phenomenon generated, among other causes, by political violence, lack of employment, deficiency in public services and low productivity in the rural sector. The project will be implemented in ten basic level educational institutions in the municipality of La Uvita, Boyacá, and involves all levels of the educational community and the Municipal Administration. The IAP (Participatory Action Research) and the theoretical and methodological foundations of The New School - Learning by Doing (Gómez, 1993) are adopted as a methodological strategy, in order to promote autonomy, integration and promotion of the community.

    This project tries to resignify the concepts that constitute what in the USTA is understood by integral formation. In no case is it a question of deviating from the spirit that animates the Tomasin formation; Respecting the concepts of Thomas Aquinas, what it is about is to review what they want to tell us today and thus develop strategies to "teach" this philosophy that sustains the institution to the academic community. Very clear concepts for Thomist philosophers such as "state of virtue", "promotio" or "studiositas", have an implication at the curricular level throughout the university; With them curricula, virtual classrooms, and many aspects of the university are designed at the academic level; Thanks to the fact that Humanistic Training is a cross-sectional process for the entire university, we have observed that not all the academic community “understands” this terminology in the same way and this leads to the talk of “Integral Human Development” and not of “Training of the human person ”which is the first objective of the university (EOart 9), as the end of its pedagogical project. So this project aims to support, from the Humanities in Usta Colombia, the institutional Philosophy is maintained. For this first phase, there will be the participation of an investigator from the Tunja Sectional and with the collaboration of the other headquarters and sections for the completion of the investigative instruments and techniques to be developed, as stipulated in the Minutes No. 5 of the National Table of May 20, 2016.

    From the middle of the 18th century, humanity began to experience the so-called industrial revolutions; We are currently addressing the fourth industrial revolution, which differs from the previous three by the speed, impact and extent of the changes it proposes (Grosz, et al., 2016; Nilsson, 2010). Industrial revolutions have brought about changes in social relations, people's professions, the creation of new disciplines and in modes of production. The first revolution produced the permutation of manual labor of the workers to the mechanical work of the machines, thanks to the energy given by steam. The second, introduced electrical energy and series production, which motivated the demand for qualified personnel in different sciences and engineering. The third industrial revolution was based on the use of electronic and information systems, which would trigger intensive automation, the robotization of production processes and the rise of telecommunications technologies (Pérez, 2016). As the Fundación Telefónica (2011) mentions, the fourth industrial revolution or industry 4.0 is what is known as the Internet of Things, which implies that physical objects can interact with each other according to their own technology. Cyber-physical systems are also part of this fourth revolution, which implies a change in industrial production. The development of the Internet, information and communication technologies (ICT), cloud computing, digital platforms and the large volume of data, pose open channels and global networks that exceed the limits of the companies that we currently see and They are mobilizing them to the virtual interaction between them, the digitization and the sensorization of their production processes. (Tascón, 2013; Martínez and Soto, 2019). The concept of the nascent industrial revolution is not new, initially it was talked about connectivity, however it was until 2011 at the Hannover industrial fair where three professors gave it the name of Industry 4.0, then it began to take on more relevance when in the Davos Economic Forum, held in 2016, the central theme was: The Fourth Industrial Revolution, as in the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum that took place in June 2017 where the theme of the fourth industrial revolution played a role leading role (Oppenheimer, 2018).

    In the context of the digital society, visual communication is essential; one must be able to transmit complex messages in a simple and direct way. Fact for which not all academics are prepared and for which their important theoretical developments result in remaining in repositories and databases without a great impact on society. From the previous perspective, this research proposal aims at an interdisciplinary work between Graphic Design, Political Philosophy and psychology in order to develop a proposal that allows communicating theoretical developments in the area of gender and sexuality; the foregoing in order to contribute to overcoming prejudices that in this matter have become the basis for different forms of reporting and violence against women and population groups whose sexual orientations and gender identities are considered peripheral.
