To create Web Services with Java, it is necessary to annotate a class, so that it is automatically exposed as such by means of of the application server. Therefore, the first step is to create a class that should be exposed as a WebService, and then annotate it with @WebService Apache Maven is a project management tool that is used for dependency management, as a build tool, and even as a documentation tool. Under this strategy, the Information Systems Management Study Group was created, attached to the Information Technology research group (GRINTIC) of the Computer Engineering program. The study group carries out a research process using documentary methodology to create the line of research in Information Systems Management. It begins with the foundation of the line of research based on the object of study of the computer engineering program, information systems (IS); investigates the needs of the global, national, local context and IS trends. Analyzes the relationships of the line of research with the consistency criteria and the fields of action of the USTA according to (Ostos and Cortés, 2019); also, the relationship with the sustainable development goals (SDG) and the vision of The Millennium Project (TMP). In a second section, the threats to which EE are exposed are presented, taking into account Global Warming, Environmental Pollution and Global Dimming, as well as the risks to which they are exposed by human actions. In a third section, the technologies that are presented as alternatives in favor of caring for the environment are described, which constitute strategies that will allow mitigating the effects of global warming, environmental pollution and global dimming, highlighting the circular economy and the use of clean technologies and renewable energies. The research in its initial phase proposed the design of a curriculum integrating components from Cognitive Neurosciences in Education. Therefore, the results of the initial phase provided a starting point for the integration of teaching and learning strategies from Neurodidactics in AVA, for the strengthening of logical mathematical thinking. The research problem lies in the deficiency of mathematical logical thinking skills that students have when they enter the first semesters. Regarding mathematical logical thinking, it provides students with skills to solve school or everyday life situations (Cardoso and Cerecedo, 2008), in turn, this deficiency leads to non-understanding in other areas of knowledge. To address the problem, the objective of the research was to determine the incidence of Neurodidactics as a teaching and learning strategy for the strengthening of mathematical logical thinking in virtual learning environments (AVA). Methodologically a mixed investigation is approached because it allows to have a broader and deeper perspective of the phenomenon (Hernández, Fernández and Baptista, 2014). Thus, from the quantitative point of view, a pre-experimental design is proposed (pretest - posttest with a single group) and, on the other hand, from a qualitative perspective, a descriptive scope using direct observation as a technique.
