    During the internship at the Mayor's Office of Tunja, activities focused on interaction design were carried out, including the creation of graphic pieces, photography and video editing. These tasks supported institutional communication, facilitating the dissemination of information to citizens through various media. Design principles were applied to generate attractive and functional visual content, optimizing the presentation of key messages. In addition, the experience allowed strengthening skills in digital tools and working in a governmental environment, contributing to the projection of the institutional image.

    This project focuses on creating virtual reality environments to help students learn how to manage stress and anxiety through guided meditation sessions. The goal is to provide students with tools to regulate their emotions in challenging situations, as stress and anxiety have become increasingly common in today's world. One of the most frequent scenarios where these responses occur is in university life, where students face economic, financial, social, and personal pressures, leading to a significant burden on their academic journey. Through immersive experiences, this project seeks to offer an alternative method for emotional well-being and mental health support.

Using tools such as Wix, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, facing challenges such as internal communication and time management. Highlighting the learning in design trends and digital platforms, concluding that the experience was enriching and recommending future interns to be versatile and punctual.
