Ítem Implementación de la metodología BIM (Building Information Modeling) con herramientas de realidad virtual en la fase de diseño para proyectos de subestaciones eléctricas de alta tensión(Universidad Santo Tomás, 2024-08-02) Monsalve Escudero, Leidy; Cueto Fuentes, Eduardo Nicolás; Universidad Santo TomásIn the research titled Strategic Planning to implement the BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology with virtual reality tools in the design phase for High Voltage Electrical Substations projects, the problems associated with this implementation were addressed; highlighting the lack of BIM implementation standards in infrastructure projects, as well as the need to improve the quality and efficiency of detailed and conceptual engineering for high voltage substations. The methodology used was mixed, combining quantitative and qualitative research methods to collect, analyze, and integrate data to address the research problem. An explanatory research design was used to explore causes and effects. The study employs a cross-sectional design, and data collection techniques include literature review and interviews with BIM methodology experts. The main limitations for the implementation of the BIM methodology in the study area are the lack of software tools, unqualified or specific human capital, and the absence of a BIM Manager to lead all BIM processes. The implementation should be led by a person with holistic knowledge, experience, and does not necessarily have to be an electrical engineer, regardless of age. Leadership skills are important. It is important to consider the appropriate hardware and software requirements (open source) for each discipline within the project, allowing interoperability with clients and team members. In terms of strategic planning, it is essential to define BIM requirements, roles and responsibilities, and quality management parameters. Standardizing workflows, communication strategies, and creating manuals and guidelines are also important for a successful BIM implementation. It is crucial to evaluate potential risks and impacts that software licenses, new hires, and the learning curve during implementation may have. The methodology used in this study was based on a mixed approach, which combines quantitative and qualitative characteristics. The research design used was non-experimental, with a correlational and exploratory scope. To collect the necessary data, the survey was used as the main instrument, which was applied through a questionnaire that was administered to a sample of 382 clients and 10 employees of the company Rentic. The results obtained revealed that customers consider service quality as a key distinguishing factor for the organization. However, a lack of development of an advertising strategy and periodic research to improve customer needs and preferences was identified. In addition, it was observed that the employees are not familiar with the company's strategy and have limited knowledge about it. Regarding the positioning of the company in the market, it was identified at a medium level, which suggests that there are opportunities for improvement. At a lower impact level, it was found that it is necessary to improve the processes of the company's value chain activities and the importance of improving supplier management was noted. Finally, based on the results obtained, an alternative solution is proposed with the objective of successfully positioning the Rentic company. With this purpose in mind, a robust business plan has been developed, encompassing a market study, technical, administrative, and legal aspects, as well as the design of comprehensive financial management to evaluate the cost-benefit of its implementation. This "Promesa" program is presented as an alternative that entails a significant improvement in the quality of life for patients, guaranteeing appropriate diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. The results of the patient satisfaction survey conducted among treated patients have been exceptional and highly favorable. The business plan highlights the importance of maintaining a social focus on the project, placing the well-being of patients and their right to health at the forefront. In conclusion, the proposal of the business plan demonstrates the potential that providing timely care offers to improve the quality of life for patients with complex congenital heart conditions. To diagnose health service target, we used the core indicators recommended by OPS, which evidenced the lack of policies in preventing teen pregnancy and birth, as well as the high prevalence of gastrointestinal problems associated with deficient public services, the same So concern about domestic violence events, dengue and suicides associated substance use. For subjective diagnosis, were surveyed using the SF36 form, which emphasizes the misperception that people have about their health care, 70% consider it bad or indifferent, self-perceived health despite consider it good about 805 of the respondents, this is because your problem is not resolved when using the service and poor infrastructure. La Quinta 22 Real Estate Agency presents a decrease in its sales due to the existence of competitors of tradition and trajectory that, in addition to their name and remembrance, are implementing differentiating strategies that allow greater participation in the market; For this reason, the Quinta 22 real estate agency has as its premise and objective to design e-commerce strategies, which allow to improve competitiveness and market positioning. To achieve the design of e-commerce strategies, trends in e-commerce were identified in the real estate business environment at an international, national and local level, a DOFA diagnosis was made on the marketing activities at the Quinta 22 Real Estate Agency, and the needs of the clients and e-commerce strategies were proposed according to the needs of the company once the internal and external diagnosis was determined, as well as the identification of the canvas business model and the strategic objectives. This proposal is based on the company's interest in ensuring a meaningful participation in the economic development of the recycling industry, as a result of the economic and waste management problems in the region. Among others, a synthesis of separation possibilities of the materials that make up the Tetra Pak package is presented, whose main components are polyethylene and aluminum, as well as the possibilities of processing by compression molding in press, extrusion, injection, broken molding, manufacture of compounds reinforced with natural fibers, mixtures with other polymers and spraying. This study has been carried out to favor mainly the recycling of Tetra Pak containers in large volumes, especially by showing the different possibilities of application of processing by-products, identifying relevant aspects in the transformation, which is relatively simple. In different manufacturing processes the possibilities in the development of new composite materials reinforced with natural fibers are highlighted, to replace wood products in different industries, including applications in the automotive and construction industry.
