For the master's degree in education of the Universidad Santo Tomás, based on humanist principles, reflection, training and research on human rights is of vital importance, recognizing critical positions in front of them, as a result of the broadening of the field of knowledge on this subject, especially of Latin American thinkers. It is for this reason that this research project assumes a problematic approach, understanding this as a process that invites us to denaturalize what is hegemonically instituted by certain types of knowledge and practices that have installed a single truth; which must be deconstructed in order to make visible other interpretations and, ultimately, other life options. Human rights are an ethical and juridical approach of the western world that have arisen and have been constructed from social contradictions, which makes them in continuous construction, expanding their meaning and adjusting to social changes throughout its history. The aim is to retake critical positions on human rights, assuming that their liberal theory has been a hegemonic form of discourse and a practice that has had its antecedent in the rights of man and citizen proclaimed in the French Revolution, consolidating after 1948 as a universalist perspective. There are two tensions emerging in the contemporary world in the field of human rights: one, which traces the theme of security and risk, and the other, which arose from preeminently cultural diversity. From the policy begins with the analysis of Law 115 of 1994, who considers that education is a means to walk towards peace and a scenario to know and preserve natural resources from an ecological culture in defense of the cultural heritage of the Nation . The foregoing shows how the Public Policy in Colombia, for example for the sustainability of the páramos, has been thought not only from the environmental but also from the educational. Analyzing Public Policy in Environmental Education, from the sustainability of the páramos implies recognizing this territory not as a neutral space, but as a natural, historical and social configuration, with political, economic, cultural and educational dimensions. All this under the figure of “Ley 975 de Justicia y Paz”, found in the locality Rafael Uribe Uribe in Bogota. To achieve the stated objective we are using the theory of “Social Representation” which allows the analysis of whether there is a coincidence between the Governmental Policies, and the way in which reintegrated people are reacting to this process or not. This in order, the project identify the elements of what would be a good life with and for one another. The research recognizes possibilities in education in human rights that seek to mitigate the violence in schools. It uses the insights of hermeneutics ricœriana to investigate the narratives of teachers and students in search of life experiences that allow us to observe the key elements in building learning scenarios where ethical-political dimension makes sense to the students. The project thinks from the context, with a deep commitment to meaningful assessment of the subjects that make up the educational experiences. It being understood that an investigative bet besides being composed of epistemological and methodological orders articulates social, political and axiological elements that must be analyzed to contribute to this education in schools. It uses qualitative methodological understandings field to interpret the narratives of students who have lived the experience of reconstructions search to identify the most important characteristics of this educational commitment. This project was raised from a qualitative approach which allowed to identify the different understandings of academic mobility within the framework of educational guidelines and national policies based on dialogue and inter-subjectivity that account for the path traveled around academic mobility. This proposal arises from a qualitative approach with a participatory research methodology which allows you to build different understandings of academic mobility within the framework of national educational guidelines and policies based on dialogue and inter-subjectivity, thus, building the path to develop such understandings. It is part of a process of reflexive and collective development where research is characterized by openness, flexibility and foresight. The findings of this proposal will be supported by the epistemological foundation of the socio-critical theory and the paradigm of complexity; the conceptual basis will be related to childhood’s pedagogy, pedagogical practice, training areas, academic mobility, and educational guidelines and policies.
