    Human beings are constantly changing; It has always been his goal "to change to improve". Although there has been continually stumbling; man finds a way to make procedures more and more efficient; all this thanks to the intelligence and the ability to reason of the species. With this opening of the human mind, many forms of communication and interaction were born, social networks saw their light, and without them being necessary they became a necessity of the current individual, so much so; that less than a quarter of the world's inhabitants are not connected through a social network. Facebook began like any other student project and gradually gained ground to become what is today "the largest social network in history", capable of housing millions of users so that they interact in practical and entertaining ways (Wikipedia, sf ). But nevertheless; All this interaction causes a large percentage of people to use it without any measure, causing drastic changes in many of those who manipulate them. It is worrisome to see that academic performance is also affected in large proportions by this situation, young children and adolescents are easy prey to distraction and a whole virtual world that Facebook offers, socially understood life, online games, the interaction without horizons or barriers, make the educational intention have the need to reorder their methods to counteract this scourge. In the educational field this phenomenon is evidenced unfavorably. Students perfectly manage social networks, Facebook; allows them to mount photos, videos and make various comments in relation to many topics of individual or collective interest, this situation undoubtedly benefits the creation of their own virtual identities, however; These types of tools are not exploited to benefit the educational process. The research presented below, has as its firm purpose the objective of observing the influence exerted by the social network Facebook, in the academic performance of the Social Sciences area in the students of the 7th grade of the Manuel Rodríguez Torices Educational Institution of the municipality of San Diego Cesar. During the investigation, a diagnosis was made to account for the frequency with which the students of the seventh grade of the Manuel Rodríguez Torices Educational Institution use the Facebook social network and the relationship between its use and the drop in the academic performance of the student group. This research presents a quantitative approach and uses a descriptive exploratory design, using the survey as instruments for data collection and analysis. The direct interaction with the students and their observation allowed a positive approach with a little studied topic. For the presentation and analysis of the information, the Microsoft Excel tool was used, which facilitated the interpretation and analysis of the data and results obtained.     Nasa indigenous people is a process that extends from before birth to after sowing and spiritual encounter. This is how the elders tell it through a dialogue around the tulpa (stove) to their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. This conception is perhaps not well understood by the Western world because the ways of educating, feeling, thinking, visioning are inherited by our creative parents UMA and TAY, our sister A'TE (Moon), our brother SEK (sun), our guardians EEKATE (thunder), and A' (star). In which mother UMA teaches weaving and our father TAY gives us wisdom through Nasa Yuwe (native language of the Nasas). In the tulpa the family gathers to tell stories, give advice, it is the space where the elders transmit knowledge from generation to generation. Grandpa Fire welcomes with wisdom and joy every word expressed in his maternal womb, guides the path to follow, provides the appropriate space for the family to strengthen itself, project itself without forgetting the past, the living force of our roots. In consideration of what was stated above about the connotation of indigenous education and the importance of strengthening and enhancing our culture for survival in time and space, significant experiences that have allowed the reflection of pedagogical practice in the territory are taken up below. and at the same time the reorientation of the fabrics of wisdom and knowledge (curriculum) to territorial realities. The recent pandemic (COVID-19) was a scenario that opened the possibility of exploring new learning scenarios, of learning without school, of knowing the reality of families, of talking again around the tulpa, of producing educational material such as booklets and radio programs whose contents focused on practices and knowledge for the care of life and territorial prevention.

    In recent times, the term computational thinking has been popularizing as well as the challenge-based learning strategy; many institutions and teachers have adopted some of its principles to use in teaching since it is a process that involves organization and discipline to solve problems. This article shows how using this strategy computational thinking can be developed in 5th grade primary school children.

    Globalization has made Learning and Knowledge Technologies (TAC) become the appropriate platform to develop ICT teaching strategies that are more didactic and adjusted to the current demands of society, in this sense, the following research project was able to identify disagreements in educational management by the O'Higgins Institute, specifically in the multiplicative processes of 3rd grade students, for this reason it was proposed as a general objective, to strengthen the process of problem solving, modeling and mathematical logical analysis using an OVA, for which the research was developed from the qualitative approach and was based on the IAP (Participation Action Research), observation and the inductive method. The results obtained allowed us to validate the relevance of the OVA, since the performance of the students and the disposition towards the class showed a significant improvement.

    Implementación de TIC para el fortalecimiento de habilidades en el inglés en estudiantes de grado tercero del Colegio Nuevo Liceo Grancolombiano

    The present research work aims to identify ICT tools that can improve vocabulary learning, listening comprehension and pronunciation of English in third grade students of the Nuevo Liceo Grancolombiano School of Facatativá, To carry out this research, a pretest-posttest experimental research design with control group was used. In which a group of third-grade primary school students was randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group that will receive the intervention with ICT tools and the control group that did not receive the intervention. A test before and after the intervention was applied to both groups to assess the effectiveness of ICT tools. In addition, interviews and surveys were conducted with teachers to identify appropriate teaching strategies. The collected data were analyzed using statistical analysis and presented in tables and graphs. The results were interpreted to assess the effectiveness of ICT tools and will be compared with the control group. Based on the results obtained, a conclusion was drawn and recommendations were made for the implementation of ICT tools in the teaching of English in the institution.

    The implementation of this pedagogical proposal aims to strengthen the processes of teaching and learning fractional numbers in the mathematics area through a virtual learning object as a didactic strategy to third cycle students from Institución Educativa Rural Departamental La Fuente de Tocancipá – Cundinamarca. This topic was chosen taking into account the strategies implemented in the Educational Institution mentioned by the results of Pruebas Saber according to MEN, which demonstrate a low level of performance in mathematics area, exactly fractional numbers, adding to this, the lack of interest in this subject and law management of information and communication technologies. Therefore, it is intended to prioritize the appropriation of mathematical skills through attractive and innovative activities using technological resources available to everyone, where it allows teachers learn to create novel strategies and students to be self-constructor of their teaching-learning process mediated by technology. It is worth to emphasize that ICT and OVA are didactic resources that allow, with their diverse content of activities, to transversalize all fields of knowledge, through demonstrative experiences where they induce motivation and interest in students to develop both basic skills and abilities, including: understanding, analyzing, synthesizing, identifying, reasoning and deducing. This project has a high degree of importance; It will allow to gradually solve the problem, object of study, improving in the students the mathematical ability, such as the analysis, the identification of concepts of fractional numbers, determination and taking love of mathematics that is a frustrating factor when taking a class mediated by ICT. In addition, it allows teachers to create strategies modeled according to the perception of students, who, being a population of diverse ages, they have a very different learning pace.

To achieve the above, a diagnosis was made regarding the level of knowledge that students have on the subject of horticulture in the line of agricultural work of the institution's emphasis, likewise, the design of multimedia educational material was carried out based on the criteria ADDIE methodological And the developed multimedia educational material was validated, with fifth and sixth grade teachers, in reference to technical aspects, promotion of pre-knowledge of the agricultural line, operability and structure. The present investigation belongs to a qualitative approach since the purpose is to examine the way in which individuals perceive and experience the phenomena that surround them, delving into their points of view, interpretations and meanings. On the other hand, the design or general approach that it uses is of a descriptive type, since it describes or points out the situation related to the appropriation of emphasis by fifth grade students and their transition process between basic primary and basic secondary in relation to the knowledge of the topics addressed in each of the subjects that make up the technical area. The multimedia material produced contains information on theoretical development, learning activities and contextualization activities that promote learning and development of skills and abilities of the institution's agricultural emphasis, specific to the agricultural line, specifically on the subject related to horticulture and this way the students recognize all the generalities that are given for the establishment of a family or home and school garden.     The videogame has been gaining ground in recent years as a learning resource, due to its ability to engage students in an environment of motivation, entertainment and interaction. In this sense, the present study exposes the application of this technological tool as the central axis of a didactic sequence to create habits regarding the management of waste and residues with students of the second grade of primary school, in order to contribute to the care of the environment. environment of the institution, homes and the community in general. The study is of a qualitative type with a descriptive character, which is based on the research-action approach, which included, in the first place, the characterization of the students and their families; second, the development of a videogame related to the topic of waste separation and third, the didactic sequence was implemented based on the designed tool. The study manages to determine that the population in question has favorable characteristics for the integration of the videogame in the learning process associated with waste management, where the good academic preparation of the parents and their availability to accompany the process stand out. The population in general is characterized by having a legacy of environmental values such as respect for natural resources and "mother earth" which have been transmitted from generation to generation. It is established that the videogame promotes interactive spaces through which students experience and retain concepts more easily, thus contributing to the formation of healthy environmental habits.

    In the school environment, teachers use a series of educational resources as support in the development of the topics, in order to promote a slightly more significant learning, and in turn facilitate the teaching of the proposed contents. But due to constant technological change, these resources may possibly go into the background, since their structure is mostly two-dimensional, and their production is based on common materials. Therefore, and due to the technological impact, they are not as flashy and do not generate the same interest as before. This makes the educational process monotonous and uninteresting for students; because the repetitive use of these resources causes them to be overexploited and normalized in view of them. Augmented reality, applied in education, can be an alternative as a didactic resource, since it is an emerging technology that offers the possibility of interacting directly with the object of study, given that its functionality allows a more objective approach to the subject matter. want to board. Consequently, said technology would be adapted according to the specific topic and subject. This allows for a more meaningful learning experience in the classroom. This article aims, from pedagogical practice, to develop a general outline of AR, approaching it, in order to know its characteristics, to see its possible use and functionality, when used in educational settings, through a work based on the findings of other investigations and the experience achieved at the San Bernardino IED Institution through the implementation of a strategy related to augmented reality.

    The result of this work was the design of a teacher training strategy focused on the use of Technology of Information and Comunications (TIC) to support classroom practices at the Murca Rural Departmental Educational Institution of the municipality (I.E.R.D.) of Gachalá - Cundinamarca. Obtaining as main contribution, a series of TIC microlearning resources that were called Digital Information Capsules (CID) which are short-term resources designed in some technological tool and provide clear ideas on a particular topic, with simple information on understand and aimed at a particular audience, in this case they became a support material for the classes directed by the participating population, which was made up of 8 teachers from 1st to 5th grade of this educational institution, and it was they who They had the idea of designing and developing this set of capsules, among which stand out, resources on the educaplay educational platform, video tutorials, and powtoon presentations, to put into practice what they learned during the training received and strengthen their educational practices in an innovative way. This type of resources is framed within the micro-learning strategy, and according to Cajal (2020) elements such as: an organization of the data, reliable sources from where the information is obtained, a classification of the topics should be established. to be treated and an adequate diffusion according to the context. The study is framed in a qualitative approach with a narrative design. Initial information was collected through a characterization of the educational establishment, SWOT matrix and some pedagogical reports to know the context, and then through systematization and semi-structured interviews, it was possible to know the experience of all teachers regarding the development of the training workshops, the adaptation of teaching sequences to the needs of the context, the design and application of the CID, as a support tool in the classroom. The results of the information analysis indicated that in general teachers have a positive attitude towards the use of TIC as a pedagogical tool, they believe that it is an opportunity to improve and update their skills, they note that their students are more involved in their skills. classes when using these tools and that there are still difficulties for the implementation of TIC tools in the classroom due to the lack of infrastructure and / or equipment.     Entornos Virtuales de Aprendizaje: Educación Para Todos

    This paper reports the progress of a research project entitled "Virtual learning environments: education for all". The PLE (Personal Learning Environments) line is taken as a reference, where the inquiries of developments made by some researches on this topic are related and which have been the strategies that favor the recognition of the people who interact with this type of resources from the inclusive perspective. It begins with the elements of the problem related to the context and its needs. Subsequently, the documentary review is carried out, allowing the identification of some emerging categories, such as the limitations of access and use in the different virtual learning environments for people with hearing, visual and sensory difficulties and the challenges that give sense and meaning to this proposal. Finally, points of arrival are established and the design of an inclusive virtual learning environment is proposed, to be contained within the MOODLE platform at Santo Toma´s University, favoring the use and access to the community of student with sensory, hearing and visual impairment.

This article aims to carry out an analysis in relation to the construction and implementation of resources, activities and evaluative processes for teaching occupational health and safety through the use of the Google Classroom training platform in the area of technology and information technology, seeking to promote a more dynamic, participatory and interactive environment for students through the use of ICT. The research work was designed with a mixed approach since in the process qualitative and quantitative data were collected independently through the use of a questionnaire using Likert scale, the field diary, evaluation rubrics, among others.

    Diseño de un AVA de números racionales en la IE comuneros de Chiquinquirá

    This research deals with the design of a virtual learning environment for rational numbers and their operations in the seventh grade of the educational institution Los Comuneros, in Chiquinquirá, Boyacá, through using educational software. This initiative rises after some difficulty was found with the students around the development of mathematics competencies, exposed by the teacher. Through interviews and surveys, the data was collected and triangulated of the current level of students, after the regular teacher’s activities, through quantitative measurements, using a test on the subject. Documentary review is made of both the educational institution diagnosing the population and the sample to work as well as the background of the mathematical calendars and observing and demonstrating their possible advantages. From the data collected in interviews, surveys and observation, desirable characteristics of a virtual learning environment are extracted in order to supply the specific context needs. Initially a pedagogical design is made and then a technical design in which author's tool are chosen to work evaluating advantages and disadvantages of their use, and from this information the AVA is designed. During the investigation, tests was applied before and after implementation in order to recognize the impact it had the design of that virtual learning environment within the students of the Los Comuneros de Chiquinquirá educational institution.
