The development of critical thinking is a fundamental tool in the cognitive and emotional process in children between 8 and 11 years old. The permanent questioning of children about their actions and decisions allows them to generate objective and subjective criteria that leads them towards the immersion of significant learning, promoting the recognition of the child as an interpretative and critical subject within society based on their needs, interests and abilities; This being a direct channel that allows to enhance oral communication skills, under criteria of coherence and cohesion. Critical thinking enables each individual to make a personal construction of their context, creating a mental representation of their reality, so that a hierarchy of ideas is established, making this a significant learning scenario.

This document is oriented at giving recommendations and suggestions that are related to the pedagogical practice implement by the students of the Education Faculty of the Universidad Santo Tomás. The teachers in training answered the link practice. We found and quantitative and qualitative data were extracted to establish trends and be able to infer how they are assuming and evaluating the pedagogical practices carried out at the university. After the qualitative analysis, we based on 4 guiding questions, answers are given to finally issue a series of recommendations and suggestions, so that the Education Faculty can recognize the opportunities for improvement of those aspects, where the students were not satisfied or they consider that there are aspects to improve in the practice and maintain those where the perceptions of the students are favorable in terms of the evaluation they emit of each of the practices. The recommendations and suggestions are collected after analyzing the responses issued by the students supported by tables and graphs where the level of satisfaction or not of the pedagogical practices will be evidenced and if they meet and are consistent with the objectives of each program. The guiding questions have an approach from the didactic application of the practices, the theoretical foundation and disciplinary aspects, the systematization of the practice and finally the structure of the practices in each of the undergraduate programs.

The main theme of this research project is the identity construction based on roaming in displacement contexts and the influence on the development of proportional reasoning in secondary school students, through a pedagogical proposal that aims to relate through of the life histories and the opportunities that population mobility represents, in the process of individual and collective construction of identities of children and young people, in the approach of mathematical competences as a result of reterritorialization as a consequence of the migratory phenomenon. In this way, it is these experiences that mark the background of the students and their families and are the engine for the construction of their own identity, in this research proposal a study of qualitative experience has been developed that uses the narrative of the life stories and the ethnographic method as the two methodological moments of this research, thus finding the close relationship and the challenge that they represent for the teacher and the Educational Institutions of today, to face those realities that the students bring with them in mathematics education to the time to enter a classroom. Gradually, it is taken into account that the development of this project raises an inherent fact within the educational process, whose purpose is to link the differences in the background of displacement that students have produced throughout their existence, using the routes between the geographical locations of different territories, their experiences, personal and family, and the reflections that appear around them as references that affect the development of proportional reasoning based on their own itinerancy experiences.
